I went in for an oil change and t Excellent, fast, efficient service! Late afternoon on a weekday is the best service experience I’ve had here so far! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Both services are fixed fair prices. That leads to my only gripe. If both of my services require a vehicle to be put on a lift I feel that one of the services should be discounted only because in essence you’re paying 2 times to have your vehicle up on a lift but they’re only doing it once and performing both services. Just a suggestion that I feel that they should consider. If I would’ve done theses services separately on different day it would’ve taken Honda more overall time to make the same money I paid them for both being done at the same time so I feel that they save a technician’s time as well as all others involved in the service experience by not doing it in 2 separate visits so Honda should pass on the savings in the wallet! Everyone wins! More

I usually have a nice experience I was told I can come in just before 3:00 all I needed was a tire change (which I have a warranty for) . As soon as my husband, myself and my daughter I was told I can come in just before 3:00 all I needed was a tire change (which I have a warranty for) .
