Babylon Honda - Service Center

Wrong information, bad service I made an appointment on my HondaLink app. On the app it says "the shuttle service operates monday thru saturday, from 7am to 5pm." So I changed my sc I made an appointment on my HondaLink app. On the app it says "the shuttle service operates monday thru saturday, from 7am to 5pm." So I changed my schedule at work and took an appointment at 7:15, monday, 11th, hoping I would take the shuttle service to my home. But service advisor said the shuttle service begins at 9 am, made some calls and confirmed that. Because of the wrong information either on the app or from the service advisor, I had to take a Uber back to home and had to pay another $15. Another problem was that when the service advisor called me to inform that my car was ready for pickup, he said the mechanics did some road tests on the vehicle because i told them the incident only happens while driving under sun light. I was like okay, that’s good to know. But when i went to the dealer to pick my car up, i saw the mileage on the dashboard was still the same as the time i dropped the car. So not even a few feet did the car move while in the service. Clearly they didn’t even investigate the problem throughly. They just said i have to update my ios bla bla bla. I have been experiencing this problem for almost 7-8 months now. How come it is connected to my iOs? Very disappointed by the service in your 100 evergreen service department. More
