Scam artists! This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered.. you are all scam artists looking to make a quick buck! Thank god my husband knows what he’s talking about.. tried to make me pay $700 for work which I had an extended warranty.. told me nothing was covered until my husband called and then they miraculously lowed the price to $160.. mind you my car is only 3 years old and I have already put about $800 into this car! Babylon Honda sold me a LEMON and I refuse to buy from them ever again! More

Will not return We were bringing our Honda for service the past few years and the service was ok. This last visit was not and the main reason was the length of time t We were bringing our Honda for service the past few years and the service was ok. This last visit was not and the main reason was the length of time they held the car for an oil change and inspection and then charging 29.00 to replace a light bulb that cost 2.76 "or the car will fail inspection" . In my opinion because if the length of time they held the car they should have installed it for the price of the bulb. We will not return and I will notrecommend . More

Service was excellent Came it for a oil change and was told because of the many oil changes I have had in the pass that the treads on pan were worn and needed to replace Came it for a oil change and was told because of the many oil changes I have had in the pass that the treads on pan were worn and needed to replace pan which I wasn't happy a about and was told it wasn't covered under warranty.otherwise the car was looked over and bushings ,and filters were replaced. Overall work was excellent. Was given a loaner for time my car was at service dept. More

Service I came in to have my car inspected and 2 recalls. When I was done I was told that Babylon Honda was taken over by a new owner and it might be my last I came in to have my car inspected and 2 recalls. When I was done I was told that Babylon Honda was taken over by a new owner and it might be my last year for a free inspection. I have bought 2 new cars from Babylon Honda and have always liked their service. Although I didn't buy my car because of this feature I thought it was a nice gesture. Does this mean the new owners are going to be cheap about all that pertains to my car. I must say I'm very disappointed in this change. More
