Nice service center; criminal prices Brought my 2019 civic in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor came out to tell me that my cabin filter and air filter were dirty and t Brought my 2019 civic in for an oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor came out to tell me that my cabin filter and air filter were dirty and that they should be replaced. To change out both they quoted me almost $150.00 and that was the “sale price”. Shame on management to allow such practice. I bought both filters at auto zone for $40 and installed both in LESS THAN 5 minutes. They could have put the filters in while the old oil was dripping into drip pan! You cant even justify a labor cost to it! THREE TIMES MORE THAN THE PRICE OF THE FILTERS THEMSELVES?! CRIMINAL! More
