RECALL AND WIPERS/DOOR HANDLE ISSUE I met Reed, who I found out has worked 40yrs for Honda, so that really made me feel comfortable and confident. He documented all my concerns, and answered my questions in detail. He is soft spoken, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything I needed done was done, in a timely matter. Routine Maintenance and Oil Charge - Reed is Awesome I have been using Babylon Honda since I moved to Babylon in 2007. Reed Cronin has primarily taken care of me in the service department. And whilst I have been using Babylon Honda since I moved to Babylon in 2007. Reed Cronin has primarily taken care of me in the service department. And whilst many service advisors have come and gone thru the years, Reed has remained constant. He always makes me feel like my car is being taken care of, and that he is not recommending unnecessary work. I have had minimal issues with my cars thru the years as a result of following Reed's lead. What many customers don't realize, is that if you want your car to run smoothly with minimal issues, you need to do the maintenance on them. So when your advisor recommends maintenance, yes your car will still run without it, but eventually it will catchup with you. So don't simply dismiss the "routine maintenance" advice. Perhaps getting work done at the Dealership is more expensive than the local mechanic, but I get peace of mind knowing that I am getting proper service by Honda techs with my Honda CR-V, and I don't mind paying a premium for that. I whole heartedly recommend Babylon Service Department. Reed is an excellent Service Advisor. I have also had good experiences with Steve and Fenix. No disrespect to the other advisors, but I haven't gotten to know them too well, and prefer to stick with my tried and tested team. Let's not forget the Techs that perform the work, thank you to them for taking great care of my car! Thank you Reed, you are the best! More

Steering Wheel is peeling I have a 2017 Honda Civic that is in pristine condition. My Steering wheel is starting to peel for no reason. There is no interior wear what so ever i I have a 2017 Honda Civic that is in pristine condition. My Steering wheel is starting to peel for no reason. There is no interior wear what so ever in my Honda, no scratches or dents either, but Babylon Honda states that the steering wheel peel is not covered because it is excessive. The service advisor took some pictures and said he has to contact the District Manager on my first visit. After 2 weeks of not hearing back from the advisor, I had to call Babylon Honda Service . At the point the advisor told me that he didn't hear anything and would email the District Manager again. I then receive a call from the advisor the following day stated that the steering wheel peel is not covered because it was deemed "not normal wear". I did ask for the District Managers name and contact information and was told her name is Ruby and that he the advisor was not allowed to give me the last name or the contact information for Ruby the district manager. I requested to speak to the service manager and never received a call. More
