Babylon Honda - Service Center

Appreciated the excellent service provided by Advisor Stephanie Lopez and the Honda service department. It is the reason I have had my Accord serviced there since 2013. I do have some questions though Stephanie Lopez and the Honda service department. It is the reason I have had my Accord serviced there since 2013. I do have some questions though regarding the coolant replacement and washer fluid addition. Firstly, I received a savings coupon for the coolant replacement attached to the receipt for payment. Could I have used this coupon for the service? I paid $180 and the coupon offered the same service for $119. The next replacement will be approximately 3 years from today. Secondly, the day before the service I filled the windshield washer fluid storage vessel to the top. The service bill listed as having added $.52 amount of fluid. I know it's pennies compared to the total bill. But $.52. Would appreciate a response at your convience. Thank you More

Great service department. Recommendations are made, but you never feel pressured to have extra service done. The staff, from car drop off to cashier, are all very nice. Positive Experience! I arrived at 8:25 for 8:30 appointment, was received and processed within 5 minutes. stay away from any thing owned by atlantic dealerships I am very sorry but I do give out reviews And I do not give endorsements because of a very bad experience I had when brought this extremely over pri I am very sorry but I do give out reviews And I do not give endorsements because of a very bad experience I had when brought this extremely over priced car at atlantic Hyundai and the would not come down in price all the while telling me that they put at lot of money into the car they never prepared my current car and my car has needed thousands of dollars worth of work and atlantic honda is no better then atlantic Hyundai and that they never told me that the car needed over a thousand dollars of additional work to keep the car safe to drive and before taking the car some place else atlantic honda sold me thousands of dollars work on the car that I did not need to have done and do not recommend shop at any atlantic dealer or have their car serviced by any atlantic dealership but I am very comfortable with this dealeship More
