Rep did not fix problem of back trunk door by foot opening by sensor. In fact he insisted my model did not have that option. Then we tried again and it did work. However after driving out of dealershi opening by sensor. In fact he insisted my model did not have that option. Then we tried again and it did work. However after driving out of dealership, it did not work since then. I have asked Honda to check it 2x already Two times I asked Honda to repair lack of tension in release of driver seatbelt. I was told they needed to order a part and I would get a call when part came in, in about a week No one has called me More

This is the first time I have taken my car to this dealership, it’s close to my house so I decided to take my car here. Reid was my service advisor, he was very helpful and great to work with. I had the pleasure of meeting Steve in the service dept the first day they opened after the virus. He was so kind and understanding understood my problems with the car and within 1 hour the car was diagnos the first day they opened after the virus.
