The service was good and the service manager Steve took his time in explaining things to you. He was very polite and nice to talk to. Routine oil change. I was not told by advisor they were short staff at time of check in.i arrived at 7:30. I said I was waiting. The simple service oil change took over 2 hours. I inquired at the desk afte short staff at time of check in.i arrived at 7:30. I said I was waiting. The simple service oil change took over 2 hours. I inquired at the desk after 1 hour wait time. Was told then they were busy and short staffed. She said I should have been told that at check in by the service advisor.which I was not told. I had a doctors appointment which I missed as a result of this two hour simple oil change. The whole thing from check in to check out was two and one half hours. a s a result of this visit I do not think I will return to Babylon Honda service. There were other people there complaining of long wait times. Bad service👎👎👎 More

Oil Change Steve was very efficient and professional. It seemed like there were not enough staff to process all the customers that were visiting. Felt bad through Steve was processing 3 different things at the same time, had a knee brace, and was limping around. Admire the hustle. More
