I brought my 2019 Honda Passport to New Babylon Honda because my Navigation system stopped working. I waited 3 hours in the waiting room until my service advisor, Hassan Elnawasani, finally informed me t because my Navigation system stopped working. I waited 3 hours in the waiting room until my service advisor, Hassan Elnawasani, finally informed me that I needed a new GPS antenna. The part would have to be ordered, but it would arrive within 3 days. I was asked to prepay for the work, which I had no problem doing at the time. As I drove home that day,6/25/24, I noticed that my Navigation system was working again. I immediately called Hassan and left a voice message that this was the case. He did not call back. I called the next morning and left another message, and still no call back. I drove down to New Babylon Honda that afternoon,6/26/24, and asked another service advisor to cancel the antenna order and issue a refund. She said that I had to wait for Hassan, and that he was out of the office, but would be back in 30 minutes. After waiting an hour, Hassan walked in the waiting room. I told him that I wanted a refund for the antenna part because my Navigation system was working, and I no longer needed it. He said that the antenna was more than likely going bad, and I would be better off installing a new one. In good faith, I believed him, and did not go through with the refund. Now, weeks have gone by and I still have not heard from Hassan. I left him two more voice messages last week(7/8/24 and 7/12/24) and still no call back! On my last voice message, I threatened to make a complaint with Honda corporate, but it's obvious that Hassan doesn't give a crap. Not only is this terrible customer service, but I feel like I'm being scammed. My car has been serviced by New Babylon Honda for years, and I never had a problem. Well, now I do! p.s. I only gave 3 stars to New Babylon service center, because my engine cover heat/noise shield went missing after my last repair. I brought it up to Hassan, and go figure, nothing was done. Just terrible! More
