Phenomenal experience! Took my car in for some anticipated yearly maintenance but there were a few bumps as I needed some additional work I didn’t anticipate. Steven was a great communicator and h anticipated yearly maintenance but there were a few bumps as I needed some additional work I didn’t anticipate. I have worked with Fenix Villar several times including this most recent visit. It is truly a pleasure working with him! He's very friendly, knowledgeable & goes above and beyond to provide a great experience! He epitomizes what it means to provide excellent customer service! I also worked with Steve Ferchak in Fenix's absence when I returned to have parts installed. He was also very friendly & helpful! I was having major parts installed (an axle & power steering hose). I appreciated Steve's honesty in letting me know what to expect as far as the timing of getting my car back. He asked me ahead of time if I'd be ok with the car staying until the next day if necessary. This made me feel the level of integrity on his part & it made me feel more comfort that they wanted to take the time to get the job done right! Thanks so much! More

I was given a loaner while they worked on my car. The loaner stunk of cigarettes and the car was dirty, the carpets needed a vacuum and the steering wheel was sticky as well as the cup holders. When I returned the car and complained about the smell and uncleanliness, they said that the loaners are always in and out. That is an unacceptable answer especially during this pandemic. When I received my car back I saw a scratch around the worked-on area. When I brought it to their attention they asked “Are you saying this wasn’t here before bringing it in?” Accusing me! it’s a brand new car! Why would it have a scratch? They tried wiping it off with a glass cleaner and it didn’t work. They finally used a stronger chemical and it came off. But why aren’t they cleaning after themselves. Why leave residue on the vehicle? Unprofessional establishment! More
