I had an appointment at 1:15pm. I felt like I was invisible. I stood around until 1:45pm trying to get someones attention. They saw me there but never said a word. I had my ride waiting outside for way too long for dropping off a car with an appointment. And what is the point of making an appointment selecting the package/service you would like on the app, but then they ask you what are we doing to your car today. Didn't make much sense. I left there really annoyed, as did my ride. More

I came to get my recalls done for my Honda and I will NEVER return! I was told my car would take half a day and that I would receive a call when it is done. No one called me all day! I called more than 1 NEVER return! I was told my car would take half a day and that I would receive a call when it is done. No one called me all day! I called more than 10x to the service center, to the manager as well as the cashiers and no one answered not once. I decided that I was going to come down and pay them a visit. I came down at approximately 4:15pm on a Thursday and all the doors were locked. There were barely any cars in the parking lot and only two ladies at the desk left. The sign at the door said that they close at 5 which I false advertisement. I knocked on the door for a while until a woman let me in. I was then told that my car needs a part that is on back order and won’t know when it will arrive. The dealership was planning on keeping my car for weeks with out even telling me their customer that I wasn’t going to receive my car. I am absolutely furious with New Babylon Honda. Please do not come here if you expect good customer service or even good communication with anyone. More
