I had an 11am appointment and waited an Hour to finally be seen .I arrived at 1050 and was checked in at 1150 . Uncalled for . Very disappointed waiting. I feel like my car is still a little off - I had brought it in for alignment, tire rotation, oil Change & they balanced the tires - now I also feel like it pulls a little which it should not the car is new it in for alignment, tire rotation, oil Change & they balanced the tires - now I also feel like it pulls a little which it should not the car is new I only bought in in 2018 so it should not really have too much wrong with it - I spent a lot of money here and then I received an email to schedule a service soon?? Must have been an error b/c I just had work done and spent 475 - then in October I had one of the service packages for $438 More
