We were told the car would be there for an additional day. The day we were supposed to pick it up we could not gat in contact with anyone. Multiple messages left. Waited 3hrs for an oil change & inspection my service Provider didn't update me, when I asked the receptionist about my car, she called the service guy. But no one told me anything. I questioned her again and she said she would check. Then all of a sudden it was done. My service provider never went over anything with me, like he normally does. So the service was not good and I waiting over 3 hours which normally I don't. I'm in and out. More
I usually give them 5 stars but this time they dropped the ball. When I made the appointment and when I dropped the car off one of the things I asked to have done is to check the front brakes. They had the car for 2 days for a small service (Oil change and Differential Flush). When they called me to tell me that the car was ready for pickup I asked about the brakes and they told me said it needed new pads and rotors but I had to make another appointment. Why? You had the car for 2 days! They usually call and recommend services or verify that you want a service done. Not this time. More

I had a 12:15 appointment was told it would be an hour wait. I told them I would wait. Every time I asked if the car was done no one had an answer. They were not accommodating and where lazy and rude. Fou wait. I told them I would wait. Every time I asked if the car was done no one had an answer. They were not accommodating and where lazy and rude. Four hours later they told me my car was ready no the way I planned on spending my day off. This was totally in acceptable and will not return to this service center. More
