I had an 11am appointment and waited an Hour to finally be seen .I arrived at 1050 and was checked in at 1150 . Uncalled for . Very disappointed waiting. Must have been an error b/c I just had work done and spent 475 - then in October I had one of the service packages for $438 More

our salesman was terrible, never set up blue tooth or even showed us anything about our car. However, when management heard about this, they did try and do the right thing by giving us some free gas and even showed us anything about our car.
