The car is great, but I had an appointment for a Saturday afternoon and they had me sitting there for 2 hours just waiting to get things started. The salesman Tim seemed to be working on multiple deals at th afternoon and they had me sitting there for 2 hours just waiting to get things started. The salesman Tim seemed to be working on multiple deals at the same time which made us feel like we were not a priority. Then the car wasn’t ready and When we complained we were told that the car “slipped through the cracks” and it seemed like our dmv paperwork was the last ones done at the end of the day. The person who took us out to show us the features of the car didn’t explain a lot of the things the car does, but was kind enough to make a point of showing me where there a hook for my purse, which felt a little sexist when there were a ton of other features he didn’t show me that I ended up having to look up on YouTube. We were there for 5 hours which was entirely too long in general, much less when you have kids at home with a babysitter. We also had plans for that evening and as a result of how long the process took we were late for the show we had tickets for. More

Everybody is very friendly and nice. I was there with my three-year-old advised them I can’t stay there long and they got me out quickly as they could.
