Ted also new where my budget line was and did not try to pressure me in any way. With no hassle we came to terms and closed the deal on a new Accord ex-l. Next I dealt with Faith Egan for financing who closed lease with no hidden surprises or hassles. Ted followed through at every stage of the sale to insure that we were satisfied. I was greeted at the door by Ted Hanlon who was very professional and the antithesis of your typical pushy car salesperson, which was a pleasant surprise considering I had been through the wringer at a few other car dealerships. I explained to him the exact 2013 Civic EX-L I was looking for. I really liked how well he listened to what I wanted instead of pushing other optional features on me. Ted bent over backwards and lobbied to get me the deal I was looking for. It was an easy decision to go with the Civic after the bottom line number was revealed with the multitude of additional perks he sought out for me. Knowing the Honda quality I was purchasing for this unbeatable price far surpassed anything I expected and blew the other car competitors out of the water, including another Honda dealership. Not only did I snag the car I wanted for the price I wanted but they got it to me by 5pm that same, very busy, Saturday. Faith, in the financing department was very helpful and informative. She was very kind and took care of my old plates for me. She was also exceptionally well versed in handling the switch of cars on my insurance. I lost my car to Hurricane Sandy. Having lost a 2010 Civic Si naturally I wanted a 2013 Civic Si. I contacted Babylon Honda and the salesperson I worked with was Phil Harvey. Phil took my order on Nov Civic Si naturally I wanted a 2013 Civic Si. I contacted Babylon Honda and the salesperson I worked with was Phil Harvey. Phil took my order on November 29th 2012. He told that I was going to have to wait for the 2013 since Honda didnt start building them yet. Throughout the whole waiting process (2.5 months), Phil went above and beyong normal salesperson duties. He reached out to me and kept me informed me of where my car was in the process. He let me know when the build date was set, when the car was built , in transit , at the port and then when my car arrived at the dealership I received a picture of my car. Phil was on top of everything and had every single thing covered. Then on February 16th when I went to pick up the car, Phil was there to greet me with a huge smile. Phil was courteous and always provided great customer service. He made the whole process of ordering, waiting and purchasing the car simple and absolutely stress free. Car problems are a BIG pain. Fenix, our service adviser for this visit, actually listened to what the issues were. Result: car repaired to my satisfaction on the first go around.
