I have had two opportunities before in going to other dealerships to buy a car. Both instances had left me with experiences ranging from extremely pushy salesperson, to people telling me what I needed to dealerships to buy a car. Fatigue and drama was the overall impression of car buying for me at those places.. Needless to say, when I went to purchase a car for a third time, I was filled with a sense of dread. HOWEVER, at BABYLON HONDA, I had a completely different experience. Mr.Ted Hanlon, who handled the entire deal, was very friendly, pleasant, and most of all NOT PUSHYat all! He genuinely cared about what car I needed and would suit my needs financially. He did not put deadlines which said, if I did not pick the car up by tomorrow....it might be gone, as had happened at the other two dealerships. Mr. Ted Hanlon made the paperwork simple, fast and understandable to me, even though it was a complicated trade-in deal. Mr. Hanlon's patience, pleasant courteous behavior and above all genuine caring attitude towards working out a deal that I could actually afford was refreshing. Moreover Mr. Hanlon followed up with me to make sure there was no problems with the car, and never hesitated to awnser any of my multitude of questions about the car and its handling, even after the deal was done. This is a rare quality in any salesperson. They don't need to do anything after the deal goes through!
