This dealership is completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. My father and I went to lease a car at this dealership and left with an unsettling feeling. We have leased many cars between the two of us so are extremely familiar with the process, but neither of use ever leased a Honda. We spoke to the car dealer Harold and settled on a monthly payment and the expenses that we would have to pay other than the monthly lease payment. We went over it numerous times to make sure there was no "hidden fees" because we were told from another Honda dealer not to trust them. We figured they were maybe just bad mouthing them because there were competators. Everything was set up and we were set to purchase the car. We gave the credit card to Harold and made our deposit. The next step was to get a credit check and we were sent to Faith. She was talking about someone else's credit while we were in the room and then took a customer phone call while we were in the room. She was extremely rude to the customer while she was on the phone with them, which turned me off....but I figure you never know how the person is on the other end. Truly though, that should have been a hint. Then she was checking my credit and mentioned how I have a lot of debt...I actually started to get a little worried whether or not I would be approved. I pay all my bills in full and on time. I believe she was just using scare tactics. My credit rating is over 700....no problems. Then she mentioned Honda Loyalty, which Harold never discussed with us at all. She said our lease price would be $4 more dollars per month. Does not sound like much but of course eveything adds up. Now we started to see what the other dealer was talking about. Then she said how are you paying for the 1000 in taxes? We said that was stated by Harold that was in the monthly payments. At this point they called Harold in and we said we never discussed taxes. So now he is lieing. Is he kidding me....what kind of car dealer is he. We asked him more than 10 times was there any other costs besides 1st month, processing fee and inspection of about 97.50 and plate transfer. He assured us that was it. When all of this was happening I knew the other car dealer was right. They are scamming us the whole time. Throughout this Faith was so out of line and completely unprofessional. Then she got the manager(Kraft) who we stated to that the deal was off we want our down payment back and he also was so absolutely rude to us and even got in my father's face. These people are so immoral and unprofessional!! He said he would not be able to give a refund at this time. So you mean to tell me at I can buy something at a clothing store and five minutes later I can return it but I cannot do that at this car dealership. He said it was already in the bank and he can't get it. He would have to make a return slip out for me and do it on Monday. Then a few minutes after arguing I said it again and then he said the ladies in the back have the code and they are not here. This guy cannot even keep his lies straight. I have never met scammers like this ever before in my life and immoral people. I hope this review is helpful and please be extremely careful with this dealership!! More
08 Certified Used Ridgeline, was not inspected for issues. Tail light was out. Alignment issue in rear. Tires were not weighted correctly. Called about a car I saw on the certified pre-owned Honda website. I wanted to make sure they still had that actual vehicle. Both Bill & Alise (who is the used car manager) said they did and also said they website. I wanted to make sure they still had that actual vehicle. Ended up calling back a few hours later to leave a refundable deposit on the vehicle so I would definitely be able to see it. When Bill took my credit card info he also took my address (so he knew I didn't live close to them) my home phone # & my cell #. Got to Babylon Honda around 7pm. No Bill, no Alise and another salesman tells me that the price on the Honda website was wrong and it was actually $2,000 more. I asked why didn't anyone call me to let me know before I wasted my time which was met with a blank stare. My first call to them was at around 10am that morning, so they had 9 hours to figure out that the price listed on the website (which I quoted to Bill) was incorrect. It wasn't as if they were clamoring to show us anything else either. All the salesman in the showroom just stood around with that same blank stare. Called to speak with Alise the next day, left a voicemail, never heard back - big surprise huh? More

To be completely honest, the reason why I returned to Babylon Honda was not only bec from Babylon Honda and specifically from salesman Phill Harvey. To be completely honest, the reason why I returned to Babylon Honda was not only because they offered the best price points, but because of the relationship I developed with Phill Harvey over the prior 2 purchases. Mr. Harvey represents an integrity and quality I have never found in any other car sales/lease experience in the past. His knowledge of the product and commitment to ensuring the customer gets what they want is unmatched and I highly recommend you seek him out when you enter the showroom. THEY HAVE ACTORS PRETENDING TO BE CUSTOMERS. Went there after shopping another dealer, when I walked in there where a lot of people standing around. I looked around for a few minutes and some guy came over and started talking to me, after talking to him for a minute or so I asked him if he worked here and said no. Thats when the sales guy came over. We talked for a few minutes and then went for a test drive. When we got back we sat at his desk and talked price. I told him I had a better price and he said he would go talk to his manager, I saw the first guy I talked to over talking to someone else and saying the same stuff he had said to me. He went down stairs and I went to talk to him, I asked him if he had bought a car and he said yes but could'nt tell me anything about his deal. I asked him what was up and he told me he was an actor they had come in to make it look busy and that he was not the only one. I left aafter hearing that and will not go back and will tell anyone I no not to go there. I know the car business is low but I did'nt know it was that low. In the end they did me a favor I got a good deal on a new ford focus that I am real happy with, it is a much nicer car than the civic. More
I bought a used Ford Expedition that had been traded in on a new Honda. Like most people, I was not thrilled about having to go to a dealer to buy a vehicle. I hate the negotiations and the "add on" selling pressure that invariably comes with getting a new or used vehicle. But, these guys were good and took a "no thanks" without giving me the really hard sell. I bought the truck on Thursday night and picked it up on Saturday. It was nicely detailed and Wayne followed up with me just this morning to make sure all was OK. I gave the price a 4 out of 5 only because they just wouldn't come off the internet price but all in all, I think I got a good price on a really great truck. More
