Do NOT EVER bring your car here for service. They recommend unnecessary maintenance and repairs. Their routine maintenance packages include unneeded services too. The price I was given in a writing and confirmed to be a "Cash price" rather than "Finance" turned out to be a "Finance" price once I've got to this dealership. As I was explained, the salesperson who gave "Cash price" rather than "Finance" turned out to be a "Finance" price once I've got to this dealership. As I was explained, the salesperson who gave me the original quote didn't know what she was talking about :-). The vehicle I looked at had a trunk lock defect and lots of rust on the wheels. No alternatives were available to look at the time and the salesman I dealt with didn't really care much weather I'd buy something from him or not. I wouldn't bother to revisit this place. More
This is the third CRV purchased from Babylon Honda; the second time working with Phil H.I went shopping for a new CRV at two other dealers( was also trading in aan 'o6 CRV) received what appeared to be second time working with Phil H.I went shopping for a new CRV at two other dealers( was also trading in aan 'o6 CRV) received what appeared to be competitive price and found Babylon gave the best deal. I would srongly suggest you shop around and then see what Babylon Honda can do. I have had excellent experiences each time I purchased an auto; no last minute changes to the deal and they seem easger to make a sale. As far as the service department is concerned; last week went to have an oil change on an older CRV, manager told me not to have the work done since it was too soon. How often do you find a sevice department turn down work? More
I am shopping for a new Honda Civic. I went with Babylon Honda after AAA siad it was a place they deal with and has special rates with. I went to the dealership to inquire about the car. I was put in touch Honda after AAA siad it was a place they deal with and has special rates with. I went to the dealership to inquire about the car. I was put in touch with Evan. This is where it started to go down hill. I was not expecting to get a car when I walked in there. I wanted information on the car and if they could meet my limited monthly payment requirement. I also had a trade-in and Evan told me that he was gong to take a look at it. He left and I could see my truck from my seat. Nobody went within 100 feet to the truck. It seems that Evan was not happy that I was "waisting his time". I am a first time new car buyer and was not pleased to be treated like crap. I told him that I wante dto see the AAA special pricing but he told me that they don't show the prices because they could beat the price that AAA offers. I asked for a test drive and because I didn't make an appointment he couldn't spare time to test drive. He said " I have other people coming in today who are ready to pick up their car" Again he didn't want to have me waste his time. He gave me his card and told me to call him back later in the evening to see what he could do for me. I left and went to Nardy Honda instead and drove away in a New Honda Civic. I called Evan back and told him the result of how he treated me. He didn't care. Beware of Babylon Honda. If your not ready to buy "NOW" they will not give you the time of day. More
I went to Babylon Honda to buy a brand new vehicle. I met Phil Harvey who was extremely helpful. Phil and his team of finance managers were able to get me approved for a great car at a great price. Placed order for a 2009 Honda accord exl, v6, with navi, placed $1,000 deposit on the contract. The order was place on 6/27/09 for the car. I was originally told it would only take a few days to get the car placed $1,000 deposit on the contract. The order was place on 6/27/09 for the car. I was originally told it would only take a few days to get the car. Then I was told it may take longer. I said several times I don't mind as long as I know the car was coming in. I received a call on 8/11/09, saying my car was coming in and given the vin#. I told the sales person great, we are having our 2nd child in a few days. Anyway on 8/12/09 I drop my 1999 Honda civ off at the store to display the for sale sign before going to the hospital to deliver son, we had our second son:) and a few hours later I receive a call offering money for my car 1999 Honda, I accept knowing my new car is coming within days. On 8/17/09, Babylon Honda calls and says the car is in. This is where the problem comes in. They state the interest rate is now over like 5.5%. If I want the 3.9% rate the car it will cost me another $1,500. The dealer states the promotion that was happening in June is over and now its $1,500 or 3.9%, that you can't get the two. The base purchase price of the car was listed at $26,509 with no mention or break down of incentives. In my eyes my purchase price should be honored as its in writing and the prevailing interest rate by Honda should be honored too. More
I have a 2007 4cl Accord and have been satisfied from the time we leased it. Any time I brought the car in for service was no problem. To us Doug their sales rep was a complete gentleman. We had a slight p time we leased it. Any time I brought the car in for service was no problem. To us Doug their sales rep was a complete gentleman. We had a slight problem at the beginning. They didn't install our remote starter. They installed it for us at a fair price but it kept going of with the security key. They found the problem and didn't charge us. Any time I brought it in for oil change I was out within the hour. Thanks for your service Babylon Honda I will deal with you anytime and will recomend you any time More
Similar to a few other reviews on here, internet quote given by Alise Damico was not granted and claimed as "a mistake." This is turning into a scam to get more potential customers through the doors of the building. Buyers Beware. Not worth the trouble and time spent at the store. I personally spent over two hours there today and was left feeling used. Avoid at all costs. More

got an internet price quote and made an appointment with the Internet Dept: Alise Dimico. When I arrived, she wasn't there (not even sure if she exists). I was handed over to Carl. I told him no trade in the Internet Dept: Alise Dimico. When I arrived, she wasn't there (not even sure if she exists). I was handed over to Carl. I told him no trade in and then he asked me what I was driving. I told him my lease is up in two months so it is not a trade in. He said he will pay the last two months of my lease so I can return it early and then quoted me 23850 for a 08 Civic auto with Nav which is MSRP (HAHA). He then started to push me for a down payment (right!). the invoice for the car is 20195. So with his price, I would be paying the last two months for my lease any way and then paying a higher sales tax (about $90 more) and then interest because I am financing it. I walked out of them laughing. So they think everybody is an idiot? More
