The New Babylon Honda

I have to start by saying I always hated the entire car buying/leasing experience. The very thought of going into a dealership makes my skin crawl. I have been the recipient (aka "victim") of slick salesmanship, deceptive practices and blatant dishonesty from every car dealership I ever walked into...until I walked into Babylon Honda. This was, without a doubt, the best, smoothest, most pleasurable car acquisition experience I have ever had in my life. From the moment I walked through the door, every member of the staff there was friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in making my experience there a positive one. Harold Steinberg is an absolute gentleman. He was patient, soft spoken, extremely helpful, and took the time to listen to our needs and worked with us to help us find a car that was the perfect fit. My wife needed a new vehicle and she needed help making a decision. Harold took us on several test drives until my wife found a car that she fell in love with. He walked us through the leasing process, explained everything, and gave us realistic figures with no hidden costs or surprises, and managed to get us into a car that my wife not only loved, but with payments we could afford. Business Manager John Smykowski made the rest of the process go smooth as silk. When we picked up the car, Harold took lots of time explaining all the features and functions and getting everything set up. We drove off not only happy with our new car, but extremely satisfied with every aspect of our experience at Babylon Honda. I can say with confidence, the next time I need a vehicle, this is the ONLY dealership I will go to and would gladly recommend them to everyone I know. More

My experience with Ted Hanlon was dissapointing. The main reason we go to Babylon Honda is because we trust Phil. He is always honest and straight forward with us. I was in a situation where I was screwed with a lease I was stuck in.
