Regarding the financing and pick up of the vehicle; they want the car off the lot ASAP and they should tell you in advance that you will be there at least 4 hours - In addition, while the extended warranty is a safe, fair bet, we were told that the tire warranty was going to be "thrown in" - our interpretation was that it was going to be given to us with the other bumper to bumper warranty that we purchased - only to find out that it cost an additional $1,000 which left us a little uneasy about the experience. we still went thru with it but I think they could have done better on the price.
