The New Babylon Honda

Before I went to Babylon Honda, I had visited other dealerships just to get an idea of what kind of vehicle I would like to purchase and possibly rule out certain models. It was already a nerve-wracking time for me as I had got into an accident and totaled my Honda Accord so I wanted the process to be as painless as possible. Most of the dealerships I had visited I felt uneasy and did not want to give them my business. From the moment I walked into Babylon Honda, I was greeted with a warm smile from everyone. I had a good feeling and knew I would purchase my car there. I can not give enough praises about my sales associate, Tony Fuoco. Courteous & professional immediately come to mind. Ted is a true knowledgeable professional in every sense of the word. He is courteous, kind and listens to customers who really have knowledge about leasing and purchasing cars. He is knowledgeable and not pressuring and asks all the right questions making sure that the car you are purchasing is the right fit for you, Ted and the dealership worked very hard to come within our budget especially in these hard economic times and gave us options that best suited our immediate need. I'm giving Babylon Honda a strong rating for one reason and one reason only: "Customer Satisfaction." After seeing a television commercial about exceptionally priced leftover deals, my roommate ca reason and one reason only: "Customer Satisfaction." After seeing a television commercial about exceptionally priced leftover deals, my roommate called the dealership looking for a salesman that sold him his car. His salesman was unfortunately off that day, but the manager (Dave) took the phone call and spoke at length with him describing the advertisement. After liking what he was told, I went to the dealership that night even though I wasn't ready to buy for about a month. Dave the manager welcomed me, explained that his deals were 100% for real, and handed me off to Harold Steinberg. Harold was great for what turned out to be a week long process of leasing my car. He was persistent without being pushy and found me the car and price that I was looking for. He worked around my busy work schedule and even called me on his day off to update me on paper work that was being processed by the dealership just to make sure I knew everything I needed to know about the purchase. In the end, he handed me a 2013 Honda Accord and spent about 1 hour going over function the car had to offer. Despite already being locked into the sale, Dave also spoke to me the day of pickup for about 15 minutes reassuring me that Babylon Honda would always be there if I were to ever have problems with the car. 3 days after the purchase, Harold called me again to make sure that I was enjoying the new car. His phone call seemed to be out of genuine interest rather than obligation and I assured him that I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The bottom line is that any Honda Dealership can sell you a car, but Babylon Honda makes sure you will get the car you want at the price you can afford. I recommend them to anyone purchasing a car both new or used. More
