I recently puchased a 2013 Honda Accord Coupe. The salesman that I dealt with was Dave Edelman. Dave was a pleasure to work with. He wasn't pushy and provided excellent customer service. I leased my 2013 honda civic in jan of this year from babylon honda and was very satisfied with my experience at the dealership. I absolutely love my new Civic!!! But I had a few more questions about the car because of all the recent advances in technologies and new features of the car. I called the dealership and spoke with Mr. Ted Hanlon, who had initially hel ped me to get the Civic. Mr. Hanlon asked me to come in to the dealership with my car the very next day. He took time out of his busy pre-scheduled appointments, to help me with my queries. I was directed to the service center where he patiently answered all of my questions about the car. It is very rare to see a salesman follow through with his customer even two months after he sold the car!!! This just raised my opinion of Babylon Honda even more than the first time around. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Babylon Honda and....specifically Mr. Ted Hanlon to handle youe next car buying experience. Mr. Hanlon not only provides excellent salesmanship in a friendly, stress free manner, but also he FOLLOWS THROUGH even after the completion of the deal!! More

David recently helped my husband and I with the recent purchase of our Odyssey. I can honestly say that it was our first positive experience with a car salesman. We were a bit weary when we first got the purchase of our Odyssey. I can honestly say that it was our first positive experience with a car salesman. We were a bit weary when we first got there but David was so friendly and answered all of our questions no matter how many times I said, "Oh, one more thing....." After reading reviews on this and other websites, I felt very comfortable visiting Babylon Honda to purchase a used car at this dealership. I could never have been more wrong. After being told the advertised car we came to see “was just sold” (okay, it happens), we became interested in, and ultimately purchased, an available Hyundai Elantra with low mileage that the dealership took in on a trade-in the day we were there. We arrived on a Tuesday morning as scheduled with all of our paperwork to be told that the car wasn’t ready for pick-up because they didn’t have a previous lien removed, didn’t perform their 150 point inspection and hadn’t cleaned the car. We needed to rearrange our plans and work schedules to come back the next morning to complete the purchase. On the following Friday, only a week and a half later, the check engine light came on and the car starting having problems as it idled and/or started accelerating. We brought the car back to the dealership on Saturday morning to be told by the service department that the car needed new spark plugs and wires. Instead of performing the repair themselves, they passed us off to Hyundai because it would be covered under the warranty. We brought the car to a Hyundai dealership to find out that the car actually needed a new transmission! Fortunately for us, it was covered under Hyundai’s warranty. (Thank you Advantage Hyundai for your excellent service!) All for the extensive 150 point inspection that they performed and their diagnosis of the problem when we brought the car in. We left a message for our salesman to tell him the issues we were having and never even received a courtesy call in return. More
