My son is 18 years old. He went to the dealership at Babylon Honda one day by himself. Bill Benedict came out and spent an hour with him. This is the second, brand new car I bought from Babylon Honda. I had my first car, that I just traded in, for 10 years and I had every service repair done by Babylon Honda. They were great about offering coupons, telling me when I really could hold off on a service, and I always felt they treated me fairly with pricing. So, when I went to buy my new CR-V (with a trade-in on my Accord) I started with Babylon Honda. I then shopped around and ended up with Babylon Honda for my final purchase. Babylon Honda started and ended with the best offer. Luisa Garfinkel was excellent to work with and I felt that she came in with reasonable figures from the start. She was attentive, professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. I strongly recommend Babylon Honda for purchasing and servicing a car. And, I recommend that you ask to meet with Luisa Garfinkel. More

We are a Honda family..and by family I mean my parents both own Honda's and so do my sister, my brother in law and my sister in law! The car brand is a no brainer but finding the right dealership and sale both own Honda's and so do my sister, my brother in law and my sister in law! The car brand is a no brainer but finding the right dealership and sale representative is a bit more challenging. My husband does not like to dance around the numbers..he is a bottom line sort of guy. He wants what he wants and he knows what he wants to pay. He expects honesty and respect as well as a sense of humor in his car people. Luisa is a saint for being so patient and she got us everything we wanted for the price we wanted. I even changed my mind about the color after all the paperwork was done and the car was ready and then I decided I needed a sun roof....she got it done in time for our scheduled pick up!! The whole sales staff was working to get this done for us...and we are so greatful! did not give all fives just to be nice or because I am to lazy to think about the ratings.... trust me Luisa earned it!! More

After nightmare experiences from several other dealerships, I decided to drop by this one from a recommendation. It's fairly difficult to get to from NYC but the experience was very worth it. From dealerships, I decided to drop by this one from a recommendation. It's fairly difficult to get to from NYC but the experience was very worth it. From the minute I stepped in, the receptionist was friendly. The dealer himself was very keen on finding out what I was looking for, then showing me the options available. Never did I feel pressured to buy, nor did he try to get me to buy something that I did not want. The finance representative was also spectacular. He worked very hard at keeping the vehicle at the price point I wanted and he did not try to go a few dollars more. Very friendly staff without any gimmicks. The price of the vehicle was very good, and the trade in value of my old vehicle was right on the mark. At no time did I ever feel I was being cheated. Overall, the experience I had at this dealership was spectacular from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to people I know. More
