I Found Luisa to be a wonderful person- professional, responsive, etc. She answered all my questions before I asked and I had a lot of Questions!!!!! Before I bought my crv I went to three other dealers. I got the best price and best customer service from Babylon Honda. Now the CRV is on clearance- so you might get a better price, sigh. I recommend that you research the car to get the best deal. Then, ask for Luisa when you want buying a car to be stress free. More

Bill was very patient with my thorough inspection of the vehicle, and followed through on the one minor item that needed to be repaired. The price on the car was good, though I suggest that you ask any car dealer these days about all dealer fees before you even go to the dealership, including any and all fees associated with purchasing the car if you don't finance the vehicle with them. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I would strongly suggest that you look up Bill Benedict at Babylon Honda. More

WELL WHAT A PAIN IT WAS FOR ME TO GET THIS DEPOSIT BACK, $250 DEPOSIT ON A USED CAR AND ENDED UP CHANGING MY MIND AND GOING WITH A NEW TOYOTA LEASE. WELL WHAT A PAIN IT WAS FOR ME TO GET THIS DEPOSIT BACK, I HAD TO CALL THREE TIMES AND THEN EVENTUALLY START A CHARGE DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. Last Monday on my way to work in my 2011 Honda Fit Sport, I was T-boned by a Ford Explorer. Two days later, I received a phone call from my insurance company that the repairs for my car were too costly and would be a "total loss." I was back in the market for a new car! I immediately thought of the salesperson and dealership that I had purchased my now totaled 2011 Honda Fit not even 9 months ago, Phill Harvey at Babylon Honda. Phill met me at the dealership that evening, three hours after he got off work. I had a signed deal in under an hour and would pick up my new 2012 Honda Fit Sport 2 days later. On delivery day, I was dropped of at the dealership and soon realized that my old plates were still on my old car at the auto body (it's been a tough week). Without hesitation, Phill drove me there to get the plates just minutes before they locked up for the rest of the weekend. Phill went out of his way to meet me at the dealership. He offered me price and financing (Honda Finance) I couldn't refuse. He drove me to get my plates so I wouldn't have to wait till Monday to get my new car. He went above & beyond and helped give my horrible week a great ending! It's no wonder they call him "The Legend"! Thanks Phill! More
We have a 2002 Ody bought at Babylon Honda. Except when we've had problems on the road we've had all work done there. We've always kept up with normal maintenance. They did repairs after the car was re we've had problems on the road we've had all work done there. We've always kept up with normal maintenance. They did repairs after the car was rear-ended. Paint work was sloppy, rear hatch struts keep failing - things seem just a bit out of line. We've had assorted dash light failures - sometimes they work, sometimes not. When the dealership has worked on it, they always leave something undone, or something new gets broken. They are very bad at follow up on parts not in stock. And then there is our transmission. For those who don't know, Ody trannies are designed to burn out. The first one may last 80 to 90 k miles - in our case 90k, but several months after the extended warranty ran out. Not knowing better, we had them replace it with a Honda rebuilt. What we didn't know is that the rebuilds are meant to not even last as long as a set of tires. Several causes - in our 2002, no replaceable filter. It runs hot - an decent external cooler (after market about $50) would help a lot. There is also a defective valve that robs the clutch engagements of enough fluid pressure under some circumstances and that causes the clutches to wear out. The shredded parts then circulate through the trannie (since there's no viable filter) and help shred other parts and also clog up the trannie making the pressure problem on the clutches even worse. The problem with the dealer is that they won't tell the truth about it. Reason is simple - replacing trannies is very profitable. We asked them about putting in a cooler, they told us not needed. Better fluid (before Honda changed theirs) - not needed. Etc. Lies up on lies upon lies. These guys are not to be trusted. More
Phil was extremely helpful and stood by our side throughout our entire time at the dealership. Phil knew the facts about the cars plus he was very patient while I made my decision between 2 cars. He throughout our entire time at the dealership. Phil knew the facts about the cars plus he was very patient while I made my decision between 2 cars. He offered test drives for each car that I was interested in. Not only was Phil helpful, but the sales manager, Dave Markowitz, gave us sound advice to help us reach our decision and helped us set up and affordable payment for our purchase of the 2012 CR-V. After we signed our papers and the beautiful car was ours, Phil helped us set up the blue tooth and other technological accessories that the CR-V comes with. Babylon Honda has a wonderful team that takes away the stress from what is considered to be a stressful experience. Overall it was an excellent experience and I recommend anyone and everyone to buy and lease from Babylon Honda. More

This dealership is completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. My father and I went to lease a car at this dealership and left with an unsettling feeling. We have leased many cars between the two untrustworthy. My father and I went to lease a car at this dealership and left with an unsettling feeling. We have leased many cars between the two of us so are extremely familiar with the process, but neither of use ever leased a Honda. We spoke to the car dealer Harold and settled on a monthly payment and the expenses that we would have to pay other than the monthly lease payment. We went over it numerous times to make sure there was no "hidden fees" because we were told from another Honda dealer not to trust them. We figured they were maybe just bad mouthing them because there were competators. Everything was set up and we were set to purchase the car. We gave the credit card to Harold and made our deposit. The next step was to get a credit check and we were sent to Faith. She was talking about someone else's credit while we were in the room and then took a customer phone call while we were in the room. She was extremely rude to the customer while she was on the phone with them, which turned me off....but I figure you never know how the person is on the other end. Truly though, that should have been a hint. Then she was checking my credit and mentioned how I have a lot of debt...I actually started to get a little worried whether or not I would be approved. I pay all my bills in full and on time. I believe she was just using scare tactics. My credit rating is over 700....no problems. Then she mentioned Honda Loyalty, which Harold never discussed with us at all. She said our lease price would be $4 more dollars per month. Does not sound like much but of course eveything adds up. Now we started to see what the other dealer was talking about. Then she said how are you paying for the 1000 in taxes? We said that was stated by Harold that was in the monthly payments. At this point they called Harold in and we said we never discussed taxes. So now he is lieing. Is he kidding me....what kind of car dealer is he. We asked him more than 10 times was there any other costs besides 1st month, processing fee and inspection of about 97.50 and plate transfer. He assured us that was it. When all of this was happening I knew the other car dealer was right. They are scamming us the whole time. Throughout this Faith was so out of line and completely unprofessional. Then she got the manager(Kraft) who we stated to that the deal was off we want our down payment back and he also was so absolutely rude to us and even got in my father's face. These people are so immoral and unprofessional!! He said he would not be able to give a refund at this time. So you mean to tell me at I can buy something at a clothing store and five minutes later I can return it but I cannot do that at this car dealership. He said it was already in the bank and he can't get it. He would have to make a return slip out for me and do it on Monday. Then a few minutes after arguing I said it again and then he said the ladies in the back have the code and they are not here. This guy cannot even keep his lies straight. I have never met scammers like this ever before in my life and immoral people. I hope this review is helpful and please be extremely careful with this dealership!! More
