We were a bit weary when we first got there but David was so friendly and answered all of our questions no matter how many times I said, "Oh, one more thing....." After reading reviews on this and other websites, I felt very comfortable visiting Babylon Honda to purchase a used car at this dealership. I could never have been more wrong. After being told the advertised car we came to see “was just sold” (okay, it happens), we became interested in, and ultimately purchased, an available Hyundai Elantra with low mileage that the dealership took in on a trade-in the day we were there. We arrived on a Tuesday morning as scheduled with all of our paperwork to be told that the car wasn’t ready for pick-up because they didn’t have a previous lien removed, didn’t perform their 150 point inspection and hadn’t cleaned the car. We needed to rearrange our plans and work schedules to come back the next morning to complete the purchase. On the following Friday, only a week and a half later, the check engine light came on and the car starting having problems as it idled and/or started accelerating. We brought the car back to the dealership on Saturday morning to be told by the service department that the car needed new spark plugs and wires. Instead of performing the repair themselves, they passed us off to Hyundai because it would be covered under the warranty. We brought the car to a Hyundai dealership to find out that the car actually needed a new transmission! Fortunately for us, it was covered under Hyundai’s warranty. (Thank you Advantage Hyundai for your excellent service!) All for the extensive 150 point inspection that they performed and their diagnosis of the problem when we brought the car in. We left a message for our salesman to tell him the issues we were having and never even received a courtesy call in return. More

I work long hours, as my wife does also and Ted offered to stop by my home after work or meet for coffee to discuss anything i needed or to sign paperwork etc....I have leased through Babylon Honda since 2003 and this is one important reason why....you are treated like a customer not a sale. I had a great experience at Babylon Honda. Both David and John were great in getting me into my new 2013 Civic. I needed a car that was comfortable and economical at the same time and the Civic is just that. John were great in getting me into my new 2013 Civic.
