I called the dealership and spoke with Mr. Ted Hanlon, who had initially hel ped me to get the Civic. Mr. Hanlon asked me to come in to the dealership with my car the very next day. He took time out of his busy pre-scheduled appointments, to help me with my queries. I was directed to the service center where he patiently answered all of my questions about the car. It is very rare to see a salesman follow through with his customer even two months after he sold the car!!! This just raised my opinion of Babylon Honda even more than the first time around. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Babylon Honda and....specifically Mr. Ted Hanlon to handle youe next car buying experience.
