When I first spoke with Ted Hanlon of Babylon Honda, I was certain he thought I had a screw loose. I went to him highly frustrated after getting the run-around at another dealership on Long Island. Ted patiently listened to my situation and did everything in his power to meet my (laundry list of) needs. Amazingly, by the end of that same night, I was driving off of the lot in a beautiful Crosstour with fewer miles and many more “perks” than the CRV I had previously owned. I honestly couldn’t believe that Ted had made it happen—and in such a short amount of time. Ted Hanlon clearly takes a personal interest in his clients well beyond the point of sale. Upon returning to the dealership to have my alarm installed, I found Ted hard at work, helping customers and delivering cars—all on his day off. Additionally, Ted waited more than two hours into the evening to make sure that the service was completed and that I was satisfied with the work. He also offered to personally drive my son and me home in the case that our car was not ready that same evening. It is not often that one is afforded the opportunity of meeting and working with such a passionate and dedicated person as Ted Hanlon, and I consider myself fortunate to have had that privilege.
