We are having a baby in September and my 2000 Jetta just wasn't going to cut it, so I said I wanted to go check out the Honda Pilot (my father leased one not too long ago and I LOVED it). I have always been a Honda fan (leased 1 CR-V and 2 Civics in my past). Our first stop was Babylon Honda because my father has raved about their service (recently leased a CR-V from them). When we walked in, we were greeted by Tony Fuoco. He is such a knowledgeable, laid back salesman who didn't put any pressure on us. It took us a few months of looking around at different cars and different Honda locations, but we ultimately decided to go back to see Tony. He was the BEST sales person I have ever dealt with. He made everything easy and gave us no hassle. Even when I walked in the day I was putting the deposit down and changed my mind on the color of the Pilot that I wanted. It was no problem... they had some in the lot! I was relieved and was able to pick it up the next day. If I hear of anyone looking for a new car I always tell them to look at Hondas, but now I will tell them to go see Tony Fuoco at Babylon Honda. We had a wonderful experience and are looking forward to doing business with you guys again! More
I entered Babylon Honda on it’s reputation alone. I am a single woman that is taken advantaged of with cars and cable. Was introduced to Gregory Bianca. Asked me what I was looking for and I gave him an imp single woman that is taken advantaged of with cars and cable. Was introduced to Gregory Bianca. Asked me what I was looking for and I gave him an impossible mission. A brand new car for $99 dollars a month, with a trade in only! Gregory took the time, made the effort to make me an informed consumer. Showed me what I was looking for, what to do and he was correct. I thought is this for real? Not only was he courteous, kind, understanding, Knowledgeable, he was truthful. Between the financer ( who’s name I have forgotten) and Gregory they made it happen. Two days later, I drove home my BRAND NEW Honda Insight for as close to $99 anyone ever could ever get it! You are a true asset to the company your employed by. Thank you for your help, see you in 3 years for my next Honda, and I will still want it for $99 a month!... LOL... Diane More

I purchased a 2010 Honda Odyysey EXl yesterday from Babylon Honda. This was my 4th time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I cannot express enough how much I like doing business with this dealership. The Staff is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and informative. The building is also very clean which makes a difference for me. The entire process of trading in my 2008 Odyssey to the new purchase went so very smooth. The willingness of Babylon Honda to work a deal good for both sides was amazing. I would like to thank Ted Hanlon my salesperson for all his help in this process. He was great and professional and just a decent nice guy. Also I would like to mention Anthony Salomone, Vanessa Bazoberry, and Carlos Arce. It was easy and pleasureable because of all of you. As I said this was the 4th time buying at Babylon Honda and I would inform anyone looking for a Honda to go there. Some other dealers may be bigger but I think Babylon is so much more personal to us. Great experience once again. And I must mention the service staff also. Chris Marino and Reed Cronin are great. So very helpful and fast at getting your vehicle serviced in a timely way. I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Babylon Honda, more specifically my sales representative Ted Hanlon. Before purchasing my 2013 Honda Accord EX, I went to several other dealers of different Honda, more specifically my sales representative Ted Hanlon. Before purchasing my 2013 Honda Accord EX, I went to several other dealers of different makes and models as well as 2 other Honda dealerships. Ted was not only the most courteous and most professional of the sales people I encountered, he was also the most knowlegable of the product by far. I had done a lot of research in advance or my purchase and seemed to have known more about the cars I was looking at then the all sales people I dealt with but Ted was the exception.....this man knows HONDA! Great buying experience from beggining to end, I took my time buying and he was very patient with me yet he followed up regularly. I could not be happier with the price I got on my trade-in or the price for the new car. In my life I have purchased several new cars and this was by far the best overall experience. I purchased my first Accord from Babylon Honda in 2001. This is the third Accord I've purchased from this dealership. The sales people have always been very professional. Especially, with this 2013 Accord EX-L, my salesman, David Edelman treated me with the utmost respect and I felt as if I'd known him for a number of years, even though we had just met for the first time two days earlier. He treated us not merely like customers, but as valued human beings. His way of informing and explaining reminded me of myself in how I treat clients in my line of work. Like myself, he takes time with the customer. His "schmoozing" is a positive, not a negative. It helps to form a bond between himself, the dealership and the customer. You are made to feel comfortable, not threatened or adversarial. As long as David remains an employee at Babylon Honda, I will refer potential buyers to him. Did I get the best price I could have gotten? I'm not sure, but I feel I was treated fairly and sometimes that's more important than squeezing out the last dollar to make the deal. More

Recently I needed some help with some of the upgraded technologies and features of the car. I called the dealership and spoke with Mr. Ted Hanlon. He asked me to come in with my car the very next day. He took time out of his busy scheduled appointments, to direct me to the Service Center, where he patiently answered all my questions regarding the car. It is very rare to see a salesperson follow through even months after he sells the car! I would highly recommend Babylon Honda AND specifically Mr. Ted Hanlon to handle your next car buying experience.
