From the minute I stepped in, the receptionist was friendly. The dealer himself was very keen on finding out what I was looking for, then showing me the options available. Never did I feel pressured to buy, nor did he try to get me to buy something that I did not want. The finance representative was also spectacular. He worked very hard at keeping the vehicle at the price point I wanted and he did not try to go a few dollars more. Very friendly staff without any gimmicks. The price of the vehicle was very good, and the trade in value of my old vehicle was right on the mark. At no time did I ever feel I was being cheated.
