I was referred to David by one of his past clients, my sister. My sister is tough and demanding. She was raving about David and his attention to detail. He cut right to the chase and showed me the inventory and showed to models next to each other and explained the differences side by side. Great job with hands on explaining, he didn't just rattle off features on the showroom like I have had in the past. While signing all the paperwork, lots of paperwork. I was explained every paper and why I was signing. No rushing, again very different that past experiences. When delivery came, David was funny and kept me relaxed while explaining all the technology. He even demonstrated the navigation system by using the Red Sox home address (how does he know that?) and saying we are going to see the Yankees as soon as we take delivery. Phil Harvey and Reed Cronin very patiently explained the Honda Care claim process and contacted me every step of the way, letting me know the status of my claim and subsequent repair. Phil even went as far to contact me on his day off, just to let me know that the claim had been approved and the repairs had begun. It is apparent in the condition of the vehicle when it was returned that the mechanic, Joe Cooke, is a consummate professional. I have owned 9 Honda vehicles and have had them serviced at many dealerships over the course of twenty years. I have never been compelled to write a review until now, and I would not consider taking my car or purchasing a car from any other dealership after experiencing, what I would consider to be the best service I have received to date. This is my 2nd car from Phill. I had an 08 Civic Si that I sold last year for a TSX, but the TSX was not what I had hoped for. Enter Phill Harvey.
