I am surprised to see this unflattering review of Ted Hanlon and am sorry that you were disappointed with your experience with him. Usually, if we do not have a vehicle in stock, we will try to get the color of your choice from another dealership. This is standard practice and all dealerships will go out to get a certain color combination from another dealership in order to satisfy their customers. I know Ted goes above and beyond to please his customers and he has the reviews to prove it. Currently Ted has 51 reviews online and they are all 5.0 out of 5.0. He is the highest rated salesperson here and is within the top 200 nationally for customer satisfaction. Dealer Rater asked me to respond, so I am. It also seems that these ratings for your dealership are a bit inflated / exaggerated. Most people just move on. But you seem to have all of these 5 Star ratings. Seems hard to believe. People don't usually write positive reviews. They write reviews when they are angry. Generally speaking, no reviews is usually a good sign. An excessive amount of positive (5 Star) reviews is highly suspicious. So I had to provide my review. And what an ordeal just to place a review! It's like jumping through hoops and ladders just to get my review posted. My review stands.
