awful - worst car buying experience of my life I arrived at 9am, bought the car right away - did not leave the dealership until 2:45pm. My sales person Phil, was MIA - and when I did ask him he sai I arrived at 9am, bought the car right away - did not leave the dealership until 2:45pm. My sales person Phil, was MIA - and when I did ask him he said he didn't know what the holdup was. the car was defective and when I started calling to get help, here are the responses I got: "he's not in", he's with a customer", "he has your message", "he doesn't have email", "he doesn't have a phone", "he's on vacation". This obnoxious woman who answers the phone was rude and unprofessional. Believe it or not, to get answers I had to call Schimmerling at his home address to get service. he called back and said he knew nothing about it. I will NEVER buy a car from this place ever again. More

This is a different dealership from any other. If your interested in purchasing or leasing do your research and then go to Babylon Honda.
