If ever I had a problem or I wanted a certain something, they did whatever they could to help me out. A bit of a muddle Ordered Honda Fit EX 6/21 from Joe R. Initially told he could find a car within a few days. When I went to sign the contract it became three weeks. I Ordered Honda Fit EX 6/21 from Joe R. Initially told he could find a car within a few days. When I went to sign the contract it became three weeks. I expected strong demand for the car and agreed to wait. After a time I called to get an update and found that Joe was no longer with the company. I was transferred to Dave (a manager) who said he'd have a car in a few days. A day or two later I was called and given a VIN for a Fit. After another few days I was again called and told the original VIN I'd been given was incorrect and I was given another number. This VIN was for the demonstration model that I'd driven on 6/21. I had told the dealership that I did not want the demo car. So again I waited, made a few calls, speaking to different salespeople each time. When we finally picked up the car Anthony B. was quite accommodating, to the point of driving to Massapequa to get a needed signature. More
