She led us through the steps of getting a new car for me, a Honda Civic LX 2014, with ease and comfort, explaining each step of the way in terms all three of us could follow and understand. We were able to relate to her on a personal level and appreciated her friendliness and the fact that she treated us as new friends instead of customers. Having had a bad experience with a Toyota dealership earlier in the week, we were extremely relieved at the comfort and ease of buying a car at Babylon Honda. Luisa made the experience a breeze, and I am extremely happy with my graduation gift: a new car from my parents!
