My only complaint would be the prep on the car was not really up to snuff - and could have been a little cleaner and scratchy looking marks could have been compounded, but, that is a minor thing that will NOT deter me from visiting again or referring others to them. Amazing customer service Luisa took the time to explain the differences between the civic and acura. She was very patient as I tried to decide between the two. They did not let me 'sign and drive' the car off the lot. They wanted to make sure everything was perfect when I picked it up. Love this dealership and would highly recommend. More

When I called the dealership and indicated I wished to discuss with Tony the lease of an Accord to replace our current one, which lese was about to expire, the dealership informed me that Tony had retired recently, and that Luisa had taken over his accounts. I made an appointment to meet with Luisa. When we met, I found Luisa very warm and friendly, and most knowledgeable about the vehicle we wished to lease. Luisa completed all aspects of the transaction quickly, including dealing with the insurance carrier. When we picked up the car, she answered all questions fully. Thus far, we have been happy with the performance of the car. We will be delighted to recommend Babylon Honda and Luisa to other customers. More

There is defintely a "no pressure" feeeling when you walk through that door. All my questions were answered and my stress level was alleviated because of their confidence and compassion. I enjoyed the experience so much so that I walked out leasing 2 cars when only really needed one !!! I traded in my 2012 CRV for a 2014 CRV and also leased a 2014 Pilot. I have to say....I'm loving my new Pilot. After trading in my jeep I see there is no comarasion with the two. The Pilot feels like I am driving in a Luxary SUV. Extremely happy We met with Gary about turning in my Hyundai lease and leasing a new Honda CR-V. He was the most honest salesman I've ever met. He even recommended I WAIT a few weeks to return my lease to Hyundai in order to save the most money rather than lying to me and telling me them returning my car would be seamless (which is absolutely not the case) as the other dealers did. In 2 weeks I returned specifically for Gary and left with a beautiful CR-V. He truly did the best he could with price and didn't play any games. I've had such horribly anxiety ridden experiences with other dealers and salesman, I'm pretty sure I'll never go any place else now for cars just because of how comfortable Babylon Honda made me feel.
