She explained every part of the leasing process to me in detail, answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly, and worked with me to make sure every need of mine was met. She also allowed me to text her with any questions so that I could reach her quickly. She always responded right away. On the day I picked up my new Civic, she made sure to have it all ready. It looked fantastic! She also spent time with me in the car going over all the new functions and buttons which made my life a lot easier.
