The moment we walked into the dealership we were welcomed by the receptionist; asked if we required any assistance and was introduced to this refined young gentelman, Dominic Ortiz. He was very knowlegeable of the Honda product . He attentively listened to all our concerns. We never felt that we were being pressured into buying the car which was not the case in other dealerships . In fact, when my husband and I were contemplating overy buying versus leasing . He respected our privacy and walked away for a couple of minute; which again- unlike other dealerships. He also shared that he had a family and a liltle tidbits about his family (which by all means helped in the decision making process. He made us feel like we were "part of the Babylon Honda family". P.S. In all the dealerships that we have gone to Babylon Honda is #1. We must say that every person we interacted at this dealership; really made you feel like part of a family. The other dealerships should take a lesson from them. More

Three years ago, my wife and I found ourselves in a difficult situation. We had recently purchased our first home, had moved out onto the island, and had had our first child, when out of the blue, our difficult situation. We had recently purchased our first home, had moved out onto the island, and had had our first child, when out of the blue, our car just bit the dust--the cost of repairs far exceeding its value. Not in any kind of great financial situation, we found ourselves in need of two cars! We went to Babylon Honda and John Liggio on the recommendation of a close family friend. We couldn't have ahd a better experience. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted, but John helped us with aspects of the decision making process we hadn't anticipated. He was so genuine, so open about the positives and negatives of the options we had before us--whether to go with the hybrid for the commuter car, whether to buy or lease on the second car, knowing we'd need a bigger car a few years down the line. It was the sort of guidance you expect to get from a friend "on the inside". There was no sense of having been upsold or redirected; it felt like someone was helping you pick out the car you needed, and the financing the you could afford. When our lease was up on the Accord (I went with a Civic for my commuter car), we had another baby and a lot more stuff. We went right back to John Liggio and Babylon Honda. In the years since, I've never had a second thought about our first purchase or or lease. This time we went with the Honda Odyssey. Again, the experience was like before. No shell game, no high pressure. There's a real feeling that you're sitting across from a good person in a good shop and making an important, informed decision about the car you're going to buy. It sounds simple, and I think that's how it should be. I would absolutely recommend going there and checking it out. Ask for John Liggio. More
I just purchased a 2014 Accord and enjoyed working with everyone at Babylon Honda, especially Luisa who was my saleslady. Ted Hanlon and Gary, the CEO were pure gentlemen and were extremely helpful. When I picked up my BEAUTIFUl 2014 White Pilot, Ted had it parked right out front and I knew it was mine when I saw the Red Bow :-) Ted answered any questions I had and made the whole transaction of returning my previous leased Pilot and getting into my new one, super EASY :-) More

Our sales agent Ted Hanlon went above and beyond when we took delivery from going over the car to giving a new Key chain and a big red bow to put in the car. The service department is even a pleasure to deal with. They don't try to push expensive services on you like other dealership service departments I have dealt with in the past. I will definitely be back in a few years when our lease is up. More
