Took Too Long I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and waited for the car. After two hours I finally asked the girl at the desk what the status was and why i I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change and waited for the car. After two hours I finally asked the girl at the desk what the status was and why it was taking so long. She told me they had too many cars to get to and I asked if they take in walk ups and she said no. So why take reservations if you are not going to properly schedule and allocate time. At 12:45 they told me they were almost done but that I had a nail in my tire and they recommended a patch. I asked how long it would take since I was already there a lot longer than I had planned and I was told no more than 15-20 minutes. I didn't get my car and leave until almost 1:30. Three hours for an oil change and tire patch. Unacceptable! More

No replacement of rear bumper when promised! I do not recommend this dealer! My initial salesman was shut out of final negotiations. Rear bumper was not replaced when promised, no movement off advertised price was realized, and to make the insult worse, the finance staffer was relentless in pushing expensive “extended warranties” that I did not want, or need. If their promise to replace the bumper goes anything less than perfect, I promise to make it my mission in life to discredit this business at every turn possible! Hope others heed this advice...GO ELSEWHERE! More
