2 hour wait I had an appointment and still had to wait almost 2 hours for a simple oil change. Extremely Happy I got my CR-V from Babylon Honda Not only was my sales associate Thaddeus an over all a wonderful man, but Fenix was just as wonderful. He is so professional and knowledgable. This is Not only was my sales associate Thaddeus an over all a wonderful man, but Fenix was just as wonderful. He is so professional and knowledgable. This is my first Honda and Babylon Honda is far superior to other Honda dealers I've visited. The service center was clean, efficient, and high tech. Fenix went above and beyond explaining the recall of the 18 CRV and made sure the specific recall part was ordered for me; he personally linked the part order to my customer ID #. Jeremy in the accessories department was excellent too. This is not your typical Honda parts department. He didn't shove the product down my throat, and even called me to make sure I came in for a refund before he left for the day on the trunk liner I was not happy with. Loved coming in for an oil change and looking forward to more visits! More
