Always professional! I've been to so many other dealer/service centers where they push you to spend a fortune every time you enter. This is not the case with the Babylon I've been to so many other dealer/service centers where they push you to spend a fortune every time you enter. This is not the case with the Babylon Honda service center. Although they do a thorough and very professional job, they do not push you to complete other (perhaps unnecessary) services. Throughout the entire process (and each time I've been there), the employees are kind as well as efficient. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. I'm happy to refer Babylon Honda to all. More

Responsive to my request. I replaced the battery in my Odyssey a year and a half ago. He is a superior, compassionate representative and deserves a raise, He also advises me of the car maintenance needed and lets me know if I can apply coupons (since I am on a tight budget).
