Poor customer service Just wanted to say that Monday morning when I dropped off my car for a recall, it took almost 45 minutes for a service advisor to take me in. I walked Just wanted to say that Monday morning when I dropped off my car for a recall, it took almost 45 minutes for a service advisor to take me in. I walked into the office and there was two men working and three people in line. The one man never help anyone on line. They called in a third man to help the customers on line so the second guy could sit and do paperwork. The line built up to about 10 people with three workers and only one helping customers. When people are trying to drop off a car and get to work, I see that as terrible customer service. I didn't want to be there but had to because of a recall so I really did not appreciate having to wait so long to get checked in. Inexcusable. You help the customers in front of you and deal with the paper work later. That's my knowledge from working years in the service industry. This is also why I don't come to you establishment for routine service. I would never come there but I have to for recalls. More
