Dishonest! I recently went to get a recall and oil change, as well as redeem a birthday email coupon for a free multi-point inspection and car wash. When I purchased my new 2018 CRV in July, the salesman, Philip Grant, informed me that my first two oil changes were included in the car's purchase. When I arrived at the service center, this turned out to be untrue. The receptionist at the service center was very professional and helpful. She gave both my husband and I complimentary car wash vouchers before we went to the waiting room. The vouchers are labeled "Autocare Network" and are good 3/1/19-3/4/19. In that time, I have gone to each of the two car wash locations (Mr. Bubbles Car Wash in Lindenhurst, NY and Formula Auto Wash in West Islip, NY) 6 different times to redeem my car wash. Both locations were locked and closed. This was the second time in this experience with Honda that I felt the company had been dishonest with me. I was charged nearly $50 for an oil change that was supposed to be free and I did not receive that, nor the car wash. I find this service center and dealership to be dishonest. I hope that they will respond to this complaint and make right what they promised me. More
No new battery needed! Because my car battery seemed completely dead, I used my AAA to jump start it and then went right to Honda in Babylon. Chris helped me and after some tests on my CRV which had a I year old battery, he informed me of the fact that the battery was still in excellent condition. He said that the problem was it needed to be driven on longer trips to charge it more because I don't always go very far in it. OR perhaps the lights were left on! At any rate, I was very pleased with the outcome and had NO CHARGE as well! Thanks for a good ending to my not so great day! More

Good but room for improvement The GOOD: The most important aspect of the purchase was that the salesman offered a better price (by $50) that the True Car coupon I had. He did this without knowledge that I had the coupon. The price was haggle free and there were no surprises. Dealing with the Finance Manager was also a breeze. Credit check and loan papers in less than 20 minutes at a very favorable rate. As I said, these are the single most aspects of purchasing a car and for that Babylon Honda gets the highes marks. The NO SO GOOD: The salesman couldn't log into his comput for at least 10 minutes and required another employee to assist with log in. It just looks bad. Also, the day after I picked up my car, I got a call that I had "forgotten" to sign a document and would have to come back to sign it. I don't think it's on me to know what documents are required and signed, that's on the sales guy. The INEXCUSABLE: I picked up my car Monday night. Brand new. The next morning at 5:15am, while driving on the Cross Bronx Expressway, the low tire pressure light came on. The car had less than 50 miles on it and in the dark, I had to fumble to inflate tires. This was not only inconvenient but unsafe. Had this not happened, I'd have waved off the computer log in and me "forgetting" to sign papers. I'd have given a 5 star rating but there should be a new car checklist. If there is, the someone missed this and that should never happen. More
Satisfactory I had a lot of work done spent 4 1/2 hours sitting there. Now after the work is done the check engine light is on.
