It wasn't a great experience. It suppose to be since this is my second brand new car from Babylon Honda. Gentleman was trying to sell me warranty he wasn't clear in his statements It suppose to be since this is my second brand new car from Babylon Honda. Gentleman was trying to sell me warranty he wasn't clear in his statements at the beginning. Later on when I see different figures I asked him what is this. he gets upset and HE WASN'T PROFESSIONAL WITH HIS WORDS SELECTION. I don't wanted to create a scene there because I know I will get an opportunity to raise my voice here. Customer service is a joke at this place please whoever business get hurt by this please try to work out with your staff behavior. Last but not least I been played by the numbers on the contract not satisfied with that either. Good Luck management with current staff. More
