This is my first time owning a Honda, and unfortunately my experience at Babylon Honda wasn’t very welcoming or comfortable. Melanie wrote down a list of things I needed to do without explaining what any o my experience at Babylon Honda wasn’t very welcoming or comfortable. She then proceeded to tell me I didn’t come to them for my last oil change, which is surprising because I actually did. Overall, the interaction left me feeling frustrated and confused. More
