I purchased a 2016 Nissan Murano from the Internet Car lot with the understanding that i had a additional warranty that would cover any electrical or any other problems with the vehicle. Ryan Cook assured me any issues that arose would be covered as it was my understanding that it had minor flood damage and only required the carpet to be replaced. Within two weeks the vehicle malfunctioned and would not start. I then towed the vehicle to a repair shop of my choice (Nissan of Omaha) as the warranty covered three tows and you could have the repairs done anywhere. After a diagnostic evaluation was performed they called the warranty company (Preferred Waranties Inc.) and they informed Nissan the repair would not be covered under the warranty because it was a flood vehicle and in fact the warranty should have never been sold to me as the vehicle was not eligible.I then called Ryan Cook and informed him of my findings. He stated he had been in touch with “Larry B.” at the warranty company and they would not cover this repair but will cover all future repairs. All he needed to do was send them some paperwork. Ryan said if i could get the vehicle towed to the Internet car lot , he would repair it. I towed the vehicle again, at my cost of $65. I also paid $165 for the diagnostic evaluation due to the warranty being null and void. All of which should have been covered by the warranty I purchased. I presented Ryan with a copy of the findings. The ECM and another electrical/computer part needed replaced, which would cost $2,000. Within one day, Ryan called and said the car had been repaired. upon arriving to pick it up he told me the electrical was fine and they instead replaced the fuel pump. When i questioned him as to why the other company would say the electrical needed repaired he stated “they want your money.” He then assured me if the vehicle broke down again and the electrical did in fact need replaced he would take care of it. Within two days, while driving to work on the hwy the speedometer quit working. When i arrived at work the vehicle would not shut off. I then contacted Ryan again. He assured me if i got the vehicle to his dealership, he would repair it. After speaking with him I stated I no longer wanted the vehicle because when i purchased it i was under the understanding that I had a warranty for 70,000 miles / 4 yrs. I asked to trade for a similar vehicle. He agreed to trade me a 2017 Nissan Murano. He stated the warranty would transfer over. After having it checked over by my mechanic he found the new vehicle had a rattling noise in the rear left door, it pulled to the left and the front right rim was bent causing a loud vibration noise when turning right. They refused to take any money off the vehicle for the repairs that needed to be done or compensate me for my out of pocket expenses due to fraudulently selling me a warranty on a vehicle that was ineligible for a extended warranty. Ryan again assured me he would fix these things as he wasnt willing to take any money off the price of the vehicle ( which was $6,000 more than the other vehicle I purchased.) He also forced me to sign a paper that stated i would not leave any negative reviews or contact the media regarding the situation and that i was satisfied with the deal. Which is illegal according to the consumer review fairness act passed in 2017. I was addiment that i was not satisfied but he stated if i did not sign the paper he would not sell me the new vehicle and i would be left with the other vehicle which was not in working condition and needed at least $2,000 worth of work to get it running. Obviously, I was left with no choice as I’m a single working mother and needed a working vehicle. After much hesitation, i signed it and left with the understanding they would do the necessary repairs on the new vehicle. After calling five days in a row and leaving numerous messages to set up a time for the repairs Ryan has not returned my calls. I also went into the dealership with no success. More

It had been in a front end accident, but they assured and reassured me 5 times that the front air bags never deployed and that all their cars go through a thorough inspection and it is like new. The bumper looked like it was a little loose and they reassured me that if anything went wrong I could bring it back and they would take care of me. Well my airbag light is on (airbags are NOT active and would NOT deploy if in an accident). So my 8 months pregnant wife has been driving this vehicle for 2 months with no airbags. I called in and have not received a call back yet. My business partner is an general counsel attorney so I have already sought legal guidance and will pursue with a free attorney to the max (Nebraska Deceptive Trade Practices Act) unless they take this car back. They straight lied about the air bags and their inspection clearly is not thorough, making them negligent in any accident which is so scary. Also, the AC quit working last week (I drove it for the last week so my pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter didn't have to suffer in the heat.) My bumper is also falling off and sounds like it is going to fall off on the highway. They messaged me back just like all the other people, said sorry and you should have bought the warranty (which doesn’t cover anything anyways) as an excuse for the junk they sell More
Buyers Beware! Shady! Buyers beware! This car lot is shady! My fiance and I purchased a 2011 Equinox with 47k miles from them and were told the vehicle had no issues. Upon Buyers beware! This car lot is shady! My fiance and I purchased a 2011 Equinox with 47k miles from them and were told the vehicle had no issues. Upon pickup of the vehicle, after driving a mere 2 blocks from the lot, the check engine light came on. We drove the vehicle right back and were promised by the manager Ryan that they would make this right and correct the issues. They then kept the vehicle and claimed to resolve the issue. Picked up the vehicle and within driving it home the check engine light came on again.. drove it back and was again reassured not to worry and that they would correct the issue. Yet again we waited and picked up the vehicle. Within 2 days the check engine light was back on for the same issue that they promised to resolve and clearly have not. We returned it once again to them, and were now told by Ryan that this is our problem now and to take it elsewhere. Buyers beware! Very shady! I wouldn't be surprised if they were just clearing the check engine light codes and sending us on our way. Ryan told me during one call that they don't even have a full time mechanic. Take your business elsewhere! More
Total Scam- Do not use these CROOKS Worst buying experience of my life, total scam. They lied to me the entire time and when I got the car it was destroyed. I've poured thousands of Worst buying experience of my life, total scam. They lied to me the entire time and when I got the car it was destroyed. I've poured thousands of dollars into my Jeep to get it to even liveable condition. Do not use them! Here's the full email I wrote to them. They didn't even have the decency to answer. Since this letter, the passenger door has FELL OFF, the transmission had to be replaced and the engine is now failing. Any positive review on this site is surely falsified. Josh & Ryan, I've received my Jeep, and since you obviously know the condition of it, I imagine you were expecting this email. I asked you repeatedly, on the phone and in the below email if there were any stains on the leather. You assured me that there weren't, but the passenger's side seat is stained with something that looks like grease or wine. I took it in for a full detail, and they steam cleaned the leather,, but there is nothing that can be done. At this point, my only option is to replace the entire seat, as I can't bear to have a brand new (for me) car that looks so sloppy. Truly, the condition of the leather was the most important thing to me, which I made clear. Whoever did the paint job did an awful job. None of it was taped off, so there is white paint and overspray all over the windows, trim and chrome of the Jeep. The detailer went over the entire car with chalk, and was able to get some off the windows, but much of it remains. There are also several areas where the body work is not complete. The frame on the hood doesn't meet the driver's side, the covers on the interior door handles are missing (xxx) and the driver's side passenger door frame is completely lifted off the frame. I'm disappointed that I purchased this vehicle knowing full well that several online reviews pointed to this scenario. I really trusted that you were being upfront with me, and now I feel unbelievably naive. I was looking so forward to getting a new car after so many years, and now I just feel upset every time I look at it. I've attached several photos of the issues detailed above, as well as the $300 receipt from the car detailing. I know that in this situation I truly have no recourse and have basically signed any rights away. I'm hopeful that you will agree that, as I bought this car sight unseen, with your word that these imperfections did not exist, then I am due some sort of reparations. I am requesting a refund of my first deposit of $500. This would cover the cost to detail the car, as well as the covers for the door handles. I will cover the cost of the seat replacement, which I've received an estimate of $800. With this gesture of good faith, I will not pursue this matter further. I look forward to your response. Hide the truth I was in the market for a new car. I saw that they had a 08 Subaru WRX posted on a Sunday however they are not open on Sunday's. I went to the car lot I was in the market for a new car. I saw that they had a 08 Subaru WRX posted on a Sunday however they are not open on Sunday's. I went to the car lot and looked through the glass to see the car and it looked decent. I called and asked if they could hold it for me since I lived 4 hours away and only came to Omaha on the weekends. They told me the only way to hold the car was to put a REFUNDABLE $500 deposit down. The only stipulation being that I had to show up by the time the hold was up (the following Saturday.) I reiterate that I WAS TOLD the deposit WAS refundable EVEN IF called and said I DID NOT want it anymore. After further researching the cars history I found out that it had multiple owners through various states in a short period of time AND had a salvage title. Though the title is now clean all of these issues made me not want to deal with a car that would ultimately cost me more money than what it was worth. I was told that I am an idiot t for not carfaxing the car before holding it. While I agree that this is a learning lesson for me it is UNPROFESSIONAL and insulting and they should be embarrassed that this is the way they treat potential buyers. They said that I would not be getting my money back as they lost 4 buyers due to the car being on hold. Long story short- do not buy from this dealership. They will lie and cheat you out of as much money as they can and are not willing to come to a positive resolution for the issue at hand. More
