DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS AFTER THE SALE Bought a car from these fellas that were damaged, that they bought from a wholesaler. They did the minimum to get the car fixed. There are a lot of re Bought a car from these fellas that were damaged, that they bought from a wholesaler. They did the minimum to get the car fixed. There are a lot of repairs that they refuse to fix and the owner of the car lot will not call me to discuss. The wholesaler of the car should be held responsible. Also, we canceled the GAP Insurance and still have not received a refund. 9-1-19 - I still have not received that Check, Also there was no warranty like the one you are talking about that was offered. You still owe me parts for the seat belt and the fog light. More

Fo I purchased a 2016 Rebuilt Chevy Colorado in 2018. A few months ago I noticed a few things that I figured I should have looked at by a repair shop. Found out that the rebuilt was not completely fixed in the left front. It needed new upper and lower arm controls. Alignment pin needed to be welded on. The main thing however, was that they rigged the seat assembly on both the driver and passenger seat belt. They did a bypass on the SRS control module and shut off the SRS airbag light on the dash, actually wired in a resistor on each pigtail component. If I would have been in a wreck, the airbags would've never deployed and my seat belt would've never tightened. I informed the company and asked if they would take care of the bill. I waited and called for weeks without ever getting an answer. The last I heard is they would talk to the GM and call me back. I heard the same thing twice and no call ever came back. The repair shop even tried to reach out with no response. I gave them a chance to make it right, but they didn't care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKED COMPANY! More

RUN AWAY!!!!! I literally don’t even know where to start! We have been looking for a van for almost 3 months as we have a very specific need because my son is seve I literally don’t even know where to start! We have been looking for a van for almost 3 months as we have a very specific need because my son is severely disabled and is in a wheelchair. We found a van at this Car lot that was perfect; not only in body and style but also in color and we were thrilled! Customer service was friendly but they neglected to tell us until the very end before we signed the last piece of paper that the van had a salvage title. When we asked them about the salvage they told us it was a very minor accident that there was basically no damage and that all that had to be done was the hood had to be popped out and a little bit of bodywork but no major damage. Because they done such a good job of covering up their work, because neither my husband or I are mechanics and it drove so well we thought maybe it be OK and we decided not to get a Carfax. Biggest mistake we’ve ever made! We have now put over $4000 into the van in three months and every time we take it in we get asked who worked on it previously and when it was wrecked. Everything that has been done to fix it was done extremely poorly and incorrectly. There are parts that have been put in the van from a junkyard that aren’t the correct parts; they have found duck tape; they found glue; they found zip ties!!! This place is an absolute sham! When I called to tell them what was going on and ask them if they were willing to do anything to make it right they told me the owner was on vacation and that he would return my call and address my concerns as soon as he got back. That was over 30 days ago! All Internet Car Lot wants is your money and they don’t care how they get it! Shame on us for not doing our due diligence but they sold a vehicle that should never have been put back on the road. I will be contacting the city the newspaper and the Chamber of Commerce to make sure they are aware of what is happening at this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! More

LIED about mileage, safety, quality of car- VERY expensive This is the first ever negative review I have EVER given! I can't stress enough, do NOT trust this lot! I flew in all the way from Colorado to purchas This is the first ever negative review I have EVER given! I can't stress enough, do NOT trust this lot! I flew in all the way from Colorado to purchase my dream, perfect car. I was out-right LIED TO about the history of the car-told multiple times it was a clean title, never wrecked vehicle with certainly no history of being totaled. LIE! Within thirty minutes of leaving the dealership, I was stranded for four hours at a gas station after the battery was dead. They brought me a new battery, yet within the twelve hour drive home the ABS, brake, check engine, and EVS lights were all on. Now, three mechanic shops later- I have been driving a car with defective ABS and brake system which had caused an emission failure!! The mechanic has deemed it unsafe to drive, and in pulling the history- it's a totaled car back in 2014 with MILEAGE DISCREPANCY (listed at 77,000 miles yet report showed 115,00 back in 2015) and several wrecks resulting in damage! I am LIVID at the dodgy, horrible treatment!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Scam blocking honest reviews Called them at 10:40 AM to schedule a 1 PM viewing of one of their cars. Got there at 1 PM and there were other customers there so it was 1:05 PM when Called them at 10:40 AM to schedule a 1 PM viewing of one of their cars. Got there at 1 PM and there were other customers there so it was 1:05 PM when I spoke with the gentleman behind the counter. Told him I was there for my 1 o'clock viewing. He said the car is not there that it is still on the other lot. So I sat down and waited 30 minutes before I got up and asked about another car that was on this lot. This other vehicle has a description on their website of being a great running vehicle. Tell me why was the engine shaking the car then when I started it up? Told him I was unimpressed and asked when the car I came there for was going to be available. He said it would be a little bit longer because the battery was dead. Asked him why it wasn't checked prior to my arrival since I called two hours before I wanted to see it. They had no response other then it was buried in snow. At that point another potential customer came in and complained of rumbling in the car he had test drove. The other agent helping him brushed off his concern. The potential customer started talking to me about my situation with them. I responded honestly at which point the agent came back out from the back and told me not to voice my concerns. Horrible customer service and shady people if you have to provide false views to other people. They’ve gone ahead and blocked me from Facebook. They don’t want people to know the frauds they are. Disappointed I give this business zero stars but that was not a option. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Murano from the Internet Car lot with the understanding that i ha I give this business zero stars but that was not a option. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Murano from the Internet Car lot with the understanding that i had a additional warranty that would cover any electrical or any other problems with the vehicle. Ryan Cook assured me any issues that arose would be covered as it was my understanding that it had minor flood damage and only required the carpet to be replaced. Within two weeks the vehicle malfunctioned and would not start. I then towed the vehicle to a repair shop of my choice (Nissan of Omaha) as the warranty covered three tows and you could have the repairs done anywhere. After a diagnostic evaluation was performed they called the warranty company (Preferred Waranties Inc.) and they informed Nissan the repair would not be covered under the warranty because it was a flood vehicle and in fact the warranty should have never been sold to me as the vehicle was not eligible.I then called Ryan Cook and informed him of my findings. He stated he had been in touch with “Larry B.” at the warranty company and they would not cover this repair but will cover all future repairs. All he needed to do was send them some paperwork. Ryan said if i could get the vehicle towed to the Internet car lot , he would repair it. I towed the vehicle again, at my cost of $65. I also paid $165 for the diagnostic evaluation due to the warranty being null and void. All of which should have been covered by the warranty I purchased. I presented Ryan with a copy of the findings. The ECM and another electrical/computer part needed replaced, which would cost $2,000. Within one day, Ryan called and said the car had been repaired. upon arriving to pick it up he told me the electrical was fine and they instead replaced the fuel pump. When i questioned him as to why the other company would say the electrical needed repaired he stated “they want your money.” He then assured me if the vehicle broke down again and the electrical did in fact need replaced he would take care of it. Within two days, while driving to work on the hwy the speedometer quit working. When i arrived at work the vehicle would not shut off. I then contacted Ryan again. He assured me if i got the vehicle to his dealership, he would repair it. After speaking with him I stated I no longer wanted the vehicle because when i purchased it i was under the understanding that I had a warranty for 70,000 miles / 4 yrs. I asked to trade for a similar vehicle. He agreed to trade me a 2017 Nissan Murano. He stated the warranty would transfer over. After having it checked over by my mechanic he found the new vehicle had a rattling noise in the rear left door, it pulled to the left and the front right rim was bent causing a loud vibration noise when turning right. They refused to take any money off the vehicle for the repairs that needed to be done or compensate me for my out of pocket expenses due to fraudulently selling me a warranty on a vehicle that was ineligible for a extended warranty. Ryan again assured me he would fix these things as he wasnt willing to take any money off the price of the vehicle ( which was $6,000 more than the other vehicle I purchased.) He also forced me to sign a paper that stated i would not leave any negative reviews or contact the media regarding the situation and that i was satisfied with the deal. Which is illegal according to the consumer review fairness act passed in 2017. I was addiment that i was not satisfied but he stated if i did not sign the paper he would not sell me the new vehicle and i would be left with the other vehicle which was not in working condition and needed at least $2,000 worth of work to get it running. Obviously, I was left with no choice as I’m a single working mother and needed a working vehicle. After much hesitation, i signed it and left with the understanding they would do the necessary repairs on the new vehicle. After calling five days in a row and leaving numerous messages to set up a time for the repairs Ryan has not returned my calls. I also went into the dealership with no success. More
LIARS, JUNK/PROBLEMATIC INVENTORY, AWFUL PREGNANT WOMAN PUT AT RISK BY THIS DEALER - We bought a 2015 GMC Acadia two months ago for MY PREGNANT WIFE. It had been in a front end accident, but PREGNANT WOMAN PUT AT RISK BY THIS DEALER - We bought a 2015 GMC Acadia two months ago for MY PREGNANT WIFE. It had been in a front end accident, but they assured and reassured me 5 times that the front air bags never deployed and that all their cars go through a thorough inspection and it is like new. The bumper looked like it was a little loose and they reassured me that if anything went wrong I could bring it back and they would take care of me. Well my airbag light is on (airbags are NOT active and would NOT deploy if in an accident). So my 8 months pregnant wife has been driving this vehicle for 2 months with no airbags. I called in and have not received a call back yet. My business partner is an general counsel attorney so I have already sought legal guidance and will pursue with a free attorney to the max (Nebraska Deceptive Trade Practices Act) unless they take this car back. They straight lied about the air bags and their inspection clearly is not thorough, making them negligent in any accident which is so scary. Also, the AC quit working last week (I drove it for the last week so my pregnant wife and 2 year old daughter didn't have to suffer in the heat.) My bumper is also falling off and sounds like it is going to fall off on the highway. They messaged me back just like all the other people, said sorry and you should have bought the warranty (which doesn’t cover anything anyways) as an excuse for the junk they sell More
Buyers Beware! Shady! Buyers beware! This car lot is shady! My fiance and I purchased a 2011 Equinox with 47k miles from them and were told the vehicle had no issues. Upon Buyers beware! This car lot is shady! My fiance and I purchased a 2011 Equinox with 47k miles from them and were told the vehicle had no issues. Upon pickup of the vehicle, after driving a mere 2 blocks from the lot, the check engine light came on. We drove the vehicle right back and were promised by the manager Ryan that they would make this right and correct the issues. They then kept the vehicle and claimed to resolve the issue. Picked up the vehicle and within driving it home the check engine light came on again.. drove it back and was again reassured not to worry and that they would correct the issue. Yet again we waited and picked up the vehicle. Within 2 days the check engine light was back on for the same issue that they promised to resolve and clearly have not. We returned it once again to them, and were now told by Ryan that this is our problem now and to take it elsewhere. Buyers beware! Very shady! I wouldn't be surprised if they were just clearing the check engine light codes and sending us on our way. Ryan told me during one call that they don't even have a full time mechanic. Take your business elsewhere! More
