Can’t say enough! I can’t say enough about this dealership. I have to admit that I don’t enjoy the thought of having to buy a car as it can feel intimidating and leave I can’t say enough about this dealership. I have to admit that I don’t enjoy the thought of having to buy a car as it can feel intimidating and leave you wondering if you are in good hands. This is NOT the case with The Internet Car Lot. I walked in the door and was immediately greeted very warmly. The energy is good from the start. But each person who came into contact with me as I purchased my car continued with that same warm and professional energy. My sales associate was Ryan. He is SO patient! He answered all of my questions, showed me the cars I was interested in and if there was a question I had that he didn’t have the answer to he went and got it. And quickly! The finance manager helped with financing and my warranty. Again, I received the very best customer service. He took his time to answer my questions and was up front about costs and options. I left and came back a second day and was treated the same. Even the general manager greeted me and wanted to be sure I was being taken care of. I felt like my business mattered to them as did the experience that I had in their dealership. I not only highly recommend them, but with this level of service and the mix of power and luxury that comes with these cars, I will be back when ready to buy another car for sure. Car buying without all of the stress and angst! ;) More
