No need. Youve already made it clear you’re not going to do anything about the unfixed damage from the accident that your ase certified mechanics (lol) missed. However, i will be sure to never do business with you again and let everyone i possibly can know about the way you do business. Im confident this will in time end up costing you more in lost car deals than what you would have had to spend to make the car even remotely ready for a legitimate sale. Good luck with being a shady low class junk dealer. Word will certainly get around…as it already has…just wish one of the many people you have all over social media making bad reviews of your lot would have made it to my ears. But im sure more than a few will get the message. All you had to do was bring the car to proper shape for a retail sale…but thats not what your business does…it’ll eventually catch up to ya.

We are sorry but we are unable to locate the customer what’s the name connoreason to be able to research and validate this review and respond to it accurately. We do however offer nationwide extended protection plans on all the vehicles we sell. One of the plans we sell is a tire and wheel protection which covers damaged wheels and tires. Upon reading your review, you stated that you drove the vehicle at our dealership and did not experience any wheel or tire issues or low tire lights on. In your review you also state that when you’re driving your car home that is when the tire light comes on. If there was an issue with the wheel or tire at our dealership, the light would’ve been on at that time. It’s very possible that you hit a pothole or some thing that damage the wheel on your drive home. The protection plan we sell protects for such a situation. Unfortunately we are unable to pay for after the sale damage to the vehicle if there is no protection plan in place. If you purchased a tire and wheel protection package, you may contact the company for a full reimbursement. If you need anything further, please let us know. Thank you.

This response epitomizes what I meant by "level of incompetence" in my review. Glad to see you're on par with your colleagues. I purchased a full warranty for the vehicle. This is likely the only reason I was sent a replacement wheel at all. What I am saying is this welded wheel air leak issue was most definitely present before I bought the car. I would fill the tire up in the mornings to 35 psi, and by the evening it would deflate to 10 psi. The tire pressure sensor would not trigger the hazard light until roughly 2-3 hours after filling. This was a faulty welding issue on the wheel. This was not a tire leak that could have been caused by some pot hole (check the pictures on my google review for Internet car lot-Omaha). I understand that they likely thought it was a small air leak on the tire that I could just get patched for free somewhere. The fact is, it wasn't. I was stuck to deal with the headache that I had no way of knowing was a problem unless I drove around the car lot for several hours. I was not reimbursed in a remotely reasonable timeline. The amount of time it took Josh Kruckenberg (sales associate) and John (service manager) to locate and send the replacement wheel was outrageous. 5+ weeks to send a replacement wheel when I could have had one delivered to my address with free shipping 1-5 days for < $300? Pathetic. Overall, from my experience, the internet car lot appears to be nothing more than a money hungry company that cares very little about actually taking care of their customers.

You did not purchase the optional tire and warranty that was offered to you yet we still bought you a replacement wheel at no cost to you as a goodwill gesture. The vehicle did not have any issues with the wheels or tires at our dealership and when you came and drove it. We sourced you a free replacement wheel as quickly as possible during covid and your opinion of this is "pathetic?" We don't know what else we could have done differently in this situation however we apologize you are so angry.

We do not weld or repair wheels. If the wheels were repaired by a previous shop when the previous owner had the vehicle there is no way to see that without taking all the tires off of the wheels and inspecting the wheels which no dealer in the country does as part of a prepurchase inspection. Again the vehicle had no issues and was not leaking air and there were no tire lights on at our dealership when you came to drive the car in person. It’s likely the wheel was previously repaired by a wheel shop with the previous owner had a vehicle and when you drove the car home, the wheel was damaged further and that caused the leak. this is why we offer wheel and tire protection packages. But regardless, as a goodwill gesture we paid for your wheel at no cost to you and you are still angry and believe we should’ve known and predicted this was going to happen.

I am not surprised to see you deflect all blame in the situation. Judging by other reviews, this appears to be your standard M.O. when dealing with any criticism; I’m sure your customers have a lot of respect for this. I will refrain from arguing about whether or not your staff were aware of this air leak prior to my test drive and purchase of the vehicle. I feel I have painted a very clear picture of what has happened in my review. Individuals can view the pictures I have provided on my google review and come to their own conclusion. I have nothing to gain from writing this review other than to deter potential customers from dealing with the same hassle that I have had to go through.

Kjerstin Faris. I have seen your response on my Google Review and am not able to respond on there but will gladly respond on here. If your "ASE Certified Technicians" didn't notice there were missing AC lines and wiring harnesses sitting on the manifold, and didn't check to make sure there was heat reaching ALL of the vehicle, wherever they received certification needs to be checked out. I asked William to have the technicians check the vehicle for heat and drive it before returning to us which clearly didn't happen if it rode on a trailer all the way back to Sioux Falls and had the same issues as soon as we turned it on the first time after getting "fixed". I am obviously not the only person who got scammed by your corrupt business and should have done better research before falling victim to it as well. If you truly cared about the integrity of your business you would have let us return the vehicle and given us our money back. I contacted William several times with every issue we experienced before I was told there wasn't anything more that could be done. I was never offered for the vehicle to be looked at again, although I certainly would not have paid another $350 for it to be delivered there by a tow truck since we still cannot drive it and it wouldn't have actually gotten repaired anyway. Again, the morals and integrity of this business are disgusting and I don't know how anyone owning this business or working for it could sleep at night. It is absolutely horrible to take advantage of people trying to find a decent vehicle at a good price that was supposedly "rebuilt" and "inspected". My business and family have taken a big financial hit because of this whole mess. It also appears that other reviewers who purchased the warranty were not able to receive any help because the so called warranty didn't cover whatever was wrong with their vehicle. In our case, I'm not sure how parts of a vehicle can be covered when they aren't even present in the vehicle. I hope everyone involved with this company is ashamed of themselves.

We strongly recommend service contracts as all vehicles new and used are guaranteed to have mechanical failure at some point and time. Regardless, as a goodwill gesture, we repaired your vehicle at no charge to you even after our technicians reported the vehicle had been altered outside of our dealership. Please be aware that we cannot continually to repair your vehicle at no charge for you. We have gone above and beyond for you. Had you went with the extended service contract we recommend you, your vehicle would be getting repaired at no cost for you at any shop of your choosing.
