I was ready to tell my friends how great they are and about the many nice cars they have on the lot. But that’s not how it turned out. WIth my purchase agreement, I have it in writing to fix a shake the front-end. They rotated/balanced and said it was fixed. After driving after pickup I still could still feel a shake, which is exactly what I didn’t want in my new race car for which I paid 35 grand of hard earned money. I wrote to my sales rep. No response. Called my sales rep. Finally a call back. He said to send pictures of the tires so they could be ordered to correct the problem. Great! A day later, sales backed out of that and said they wanted to the see the car first. I said ok, it takes me two hours of driving, please order the tires so they can be put on, if that’s the problem. I don’t want to drive out there more than once and I was 99% sure it was a tire problem. They didn’t want to order before seeing the problem for themselves. I escalated to the owner, Charlie. He said they wanted to make sure it’s not a bent rim, or something worse, etc. He also said don’t worry, if it turns out to be the tires, new ones can be put on at a local TownFair Tire using a corporate account to save me another trip….I thought that was reasonable so I made the drive so they could check it out. In the end, they agreed there was still a problem that could only be fixed by new tires. But then they said they wouldn’t put on new tires. Huh? The best they could do is swap with other used tires when they became available. And yes, drive another two hours to get them. Like the conversation about TownFair Tire never happened. Just another line of crap. Can I swap with another car with the same size tires? No, it has to be a full wheel swap. So now I have to wait for the exact same wheels and tires to become available. Just a bunch of crap! I thought I was dealing with a high-end dealer that would make things right. That wasn’t the case. They consistently lied and would not live up to their commitment. They complained that they would go broke if they put new tires on every car, it wasn’t a serious problem, it passed inspection…blah blah blah….. totally missing the point. I wasn’t asking for tires on every car, just for them to live to their commitment (written and verbal) on my car. Let this be a lesson. They may appear to be a high-end, no nonsense, customer focused dealer, but they behave like any other used car dealer. Shifty, evasive and dishonest. The only way to get a dealer to give you what they promise, is to walk away from the deal when they don’t. Don’t take a vehicle if it’s not as you expect and don’t believe anything they say to get you to take it. Double check everything they say. In writing? Doesn’t matter. They will seem like your best buddy until it cost them something. They said they would call me when something becomes available. Maybe in a week, two weeks, a month.. Yeah right. I’m guessing I won’t be hearing from them anytime soon and I’ll have to “go broke” and buy the tires myself. If they are capable of this charade, what else can you expect? Never again! More

(very unprofessional) Then shortly after they for some reason felt the need to send a Hispanic manager to make me an offer like if race matter (because I am Hispanic myself) when making a deal. Liam is awesome and he was very helpful throughout the process and the follow-up but the management not so good. More

Rocky took me for the test drive and i noticed some vibration in the brakes. Rocky and Ted promised in writing the car would get new brakes all around and guaranteed to pass New Hampshire inspection. There were no unpleasant financial surprises in the deal, which is great as I have had that experience in the past. The car was ready ahead of schedule. Their team also did a great job detailing the vehicle - it looked excellent. They did the brakes and it passed inspection as promised. This was an overall great purchasing experience and I would buy another vehicle from The Highline Group again!!!! Thanks to the whole team for making the deal quick and easy! More

I purchased a 2010 infiniti g37x on march 9th due to my honda accord being totaled. I picked up the vehicle in the evening of Friday march 13th after it was "serviced" and "inspected". The next morning on my way to work my car was leaking a lot of transmission fluid to where I had to have it towed back to them for $160 out of pocket, which I was told they were not responsible for. They did fix the issue at no charge and I picked it up Tuesday march 17th. I am not sure what was serviced or inspected because my front left marker bulb was out, and my air filters were dirty, not a big deal. However then found out by my mechanic that my transmission pan bolt, exhaust system, sub frame stabilizer bar, heat shields are all rotting, not just "rusted", and should be replaced. Also the under carriage cover was never cleaned off from the transmission fluid leak, so that just reflects on the mechanics work integrity. All of which they did not want to help with. I am most definitely to blame for not asking to have it checked out by a mechanic before purchase as I would have had them fix these issues or just would have not purchased the car, my 2006 Honda accord's undercarriage was in better condition. I went to a dealership to not have to deal with these issues I would have rather payed a little more for a vehicle in better condition. Lesson learned. More
