Came late on a Friday to take a look at the car and ended up taking it home the next day. They understood I needed to get into another vehicle very quick! The most friendliest and professional place. All the gentlemen involved in the process were so knowledgeable and helpful. Zac sealed the deal with us and kept great conversation through the whole process, really appreciating you as a customer! Thanks again, I'll be back when it's time for another vehicle! More
Honest people that are easy to deal with We were shopping for a car for my daughter. They had just received a 2103 Ford Escape that was perfect. We went to take a look at it and as I walked up, i noted the lower front valance was hanging down. Someone i didn't know walked by and said "We'll replace that before it goes out the door." We bought the car and the valance was replaced. And, we got a great deal on the car. Though we dealt with Rocky on the sale, we interacted with Zak during the paperwork process. Great guy. He laid out the extended warranty program and said it's there if you want it. No pressure. I'm not a fan of getting insurance on everything I purchase. Do you really need to buy insurance on a blender or a microwave. But, since my daughter was away at school and this would be her car, i got it. Well, since it is a 2013, we brought it in to a Ford dealership to get q recall resolved. Something having to do with the door handles and getting locked out. So, we brought it and they said you have a leaking waterpump and it should be replaced. 2013 with 65k miles on it. It's reasonable. But, $1016 for a water pump is a lot. We used the extended warranty and it only cost our deductible, $200. Glad i got that insurance. So, great dealership. Clean facility and clean lot. More

My time with Highline Lets be realistic here, Highline goes above and beyond what they have to do in order to make sure things are right. Each time Highline has came through even in my slightest displeasures (3 vehicles purchased). As soon as you walk in through the door you feel welcomed. They look out for your best needs in a vehicle based off what you can afford and what you desire and try to make it happen. Zac in the finance department is great. He is basically family when it comes to dealing with me. Chad Williams, a service manager, great as well. Like I said above, I’m very nit picky, and ever since the first vehicle I’ve bought, he makes sure the cars are the way that I want them/need them. Listen, certain stuff happens that you can’t predict, some may be positive, some may be a little bit on the other end, but when it comes down to it, come to Highline. They will take care of you to the best of their ability and will always make you feel at home. Thank you Highline, and the great staff that you have that has dealt with me every single time I walk in that door, or every single time my number/ name pops up on the caller ID. Nothing is impossible with these guys! Go buy a car and see for yourself. More

Super helpful without being pushy. I have driven by The Highline Group auto dealership many times. I honestly never thought I’d buy a car from there. Most cars seemed out of my league. When looking for my new Audi Q7, I looked at Car Guru and Auto Trader, both online. There were some options there. But I thought,... hey seeing as I’m browsing online, let’s see what The Highline Group have to offer. They also had options. I decided to stop by and check them out in person. I was greeted pleasantly and offered help without the rush or air of “I’m here to sell you.” Chris was super friendly to deal with and if he didn’t know the answer to a question, he didn’t give me any BS. He simply went and found the answer for me from someone else, pretty quickly. I test drove cars and there was no pressure to make a choice. This actually HELPED me make a choice. It was easy. I found the car I wanted, and the place I wanted to do business with. Zac in financing was a joy to be around and everyone was busy, but friendly and easy going at the same time. Even the guys in upper management, made a point to send me on with best wishes, when I picked up my new ride. I will definitely be purchasing future cars from these guys. They care about their customers buying experience and they deliver great product. I’m 100% satisfied with The Highline Group. More
Terrible dealership! Buyer Beware. We were interested in a car and was driving far to see it. I asked if the car was in an accident because I don’t buy cars that have. We show up and you could see paint drip marks on the bumper. They made excuses and gave me the run around. The sales manager was rude and swore at me to get us off the lot in front of my daughter. He didn’t like the fact that I was upset over being lied to and wanted us to leave so other customers wouldn’t here us complain. More
