My interaction with the professionals at Highline group was one of the best if not the best experience I've ever had. The 2018 Miata I purchased was priced very well with a little over 4,000 miles and in very good condition. Negotiations with James for the price of the car was very reasonable and I did better than I thought I would. A family health issue the week I was suppose to get the car was addressed by James and made delivery directly to my home. I can't say enough about how accommodating and fair dealing these guys are. We drive close to an hour to visit their showroom and the drive was absolutely worth it. the advertised car - a 2013 BMW - was EXACTLY as described and shown. Our sales rep Rocky Burke was professional, honest and genuinely a nice person. Rocky knew the car well, had all the past history and allowed us to drive the car as we wanted. I knew instantly we had found the right car and the right dealership. Zaharias (Zak) Papadakis is the finance manager and was just as professional and courteous as Rocky. Zal explained every option available to us but in no way pressured us. In just over an hour we had purchased our new car without any hassles. It was truly a pleasant experience. And since the sale...Rocky has reached out on multiple ocassions to make sure that we are still pleased with our purchase. I have since recommended The Highline Group to multiple family members, friends and co-workers. The Highline Group has a life long client in us. More

Honest people that are easy to deal with We were shopping for a car for my daughter. They had just received a 2103 Ford Escape that was perfect. We went to take a look at it and as I walked up, i noted the lower front valance was hanging down. Someone i didn't know walked by and said "We'll replace that before it goes out the door." We bought the car and the valance was replaced. And, we got a great deal on the car. Though we dealt with Rocky on the sale, we interacted with Zak during the paperwork process. Great guy. He laid out the extended warranty program and said it's there if you want it. No pressure. I'm not a fan of getting insurance on everything I purchase. Do you really need to buy insurance on a blender or a microwave. But, since my daughter was away at school and this would be her car, i got it. Well, since it is a 2013, we brought it in to a Ford dealership to get q recall resolved. Something having to do with the door handles and getting locked out. So, we brought it and they said you have a leaking waterpump and it should be replaced. 2013 with 65k miles on it. It's reasonable. But, $1016 for a water pump is a lot. We used the extended warranty and it only cost our deductible, $200. Glad i got that insurance. So, great dealership. Clean facility and clean lot. More
