My interaction with the professionals at Highline group was one of the best if not the best experience I've ever had. The 2018 Miata I purchased was priced very well with a little over 4,000 miles and in very good condition. Negotiations with James for the price of the car was very reasonable and I did better than I thought I would. A family health issue the week I was suppose to get the car was addressed by James and made delivery directly to my home. I can't say enough about how accommodating and fair dealing these guys are. We drive close to an hour to visit their showroom and the drive was absolutely worth it. the advertised car - a 2013 BMW - was EXACTLY as described and shown. Our sales rep Rocky Burke was professional, honest and genuinely a nice person. Rocky knew the car well, had all the past history and allowed us to drive the car as we wanted. I knew instantly we had found the right car and the right dealership. Zaharias (Zak) Papadakis is the finance manager and was just as professional and courteous as Rocky. Zal explained every option available to us but in no way pressured us. In just over an hour we had purchased our new car without any hassles. It was truly a pleasant experience. And since the sale...Rocky has reached out on multiple ocassions to make sure that we are still pleased with our purchase.
