He took us on a test drive that both demonstrated the key features of the 2015 Outback and pointed out interesting parts of the Frederick area. After deciding to purchase, Walter and Pat (Sales Manager) worked hard to find the exact model, color and features we wanted. This was no easy task given it was the end of the model year and these cars are in great demand. The negotiation process, agreed-to price and trade-in were very fair. (We had done research so we were prepared). Delivery process went smoothly even though we arrived a day early and they were very busy at the time. Sherry Ryan, another salesperson helped when Walter was assisting others. Dennis, completed the purchase process very thoroughly. More

Fast, efficient and courteous service I returned to Frederick Motor Company recently to shop for my next Outback, thinking I would have to place an order. Walter and the staff at Frederick Motor Company made that happen with efficiency, expertise, friendly and easy to understand explanations of everything from paperwork to features in my new car, and no pressure tactics. I went to pickup a Subaru Impreza and as we sat down to get paper work done we were informed that someone had already put a deposit on the vehicle and unfortunately he could not make the sale to me that day. He then got on his computer and found the exact vehicle I wanted located in northern Maryland. The next day he sent a driver to go pick up this vehicle for me upon arrival they noticed the vehicle had a number of scratches and he did not accept it that way because he told me "I will not sell you a damaged car". In the same day they found another Impreza of the same model in Virginia. They picked up the vehicle and had it to me all in the same day. I cant say enough good things about Frederick Motor Company and Walter Smith as a dealer. Thank You! More

Fantastic Car Buying Experience! I researched and contacted several dealers in the DC metro area when I was certain that I wanted to purchase the Ford Edge. Frederick Motor Company was one of many that had the color, trim and options that I wanted. Because they were local, I decided to stop by and test drive the vehicle however it was still in transit to the dealership. Chris Curry was amazing...he was a pleasure to work with, answered all questions, was not pushy and promised a call as soon as the car was available (which occurred a few days later). Upon delivery, my husband and I came to the dealership, took the vehicle out for a spin and negotiated a very affordable price (anyone that can negotiate with my hard-ball husband deserves an award)! Financing was a breeze and finished in record time! Overall, I had an amazing experience with Frederick Motor Company and will certainly recommend and do business with again! Thank you Chris!! More
